Sat down and got zero attention. No water for the first 20 minutes—had to flag the host just to get some. Drinks from the bar took 30 minutes. Not one server checked on us, refilled anything, or even acknowledged we existed. Managers walked around looking busy but ignored our table completely.
By the time food came, the romantic vibe was dead. We were frustrated and ignored the whole time. Then another 30-minute wait for the check while managers just stared and did nothing—no apology, no help, nothing.
On Valentine’s, when you’re trying to treat someone right, getting treated like you don’t belong is the opposite of special. Food was the only good part, but it wasn’t worth the disrespect.

As for the food, it was quite good. I had the Cheesesteak Empanadas and Crispy Shrimp & Calamari as appetizers, along with the salmon for my entrée, which was really tasty and was a decent portion. Some others at the table had the lobster, but they were somewhat disappointed since there was barely any meat, which didn’t seem worth the price they paid.
I also tried the short ribs, which were great, and the Cusco Chicken dish, which was excellent on its own. The sides definitely added to the overall meal, so I recommend ordering them for a more well-rounded experience. I had the Crab Mashed Potatoes and Esquites Mac and Cheese if you are looking for something to try. Overall, the atmosphere and quality of food at this restaurant make it worth visiting, despite a few slight disappointments. Lastly, the drinks were great, and the dessert was as well. The flavors and presentation of the dishes, along with the ambiance, create a memorable dining experience that is definitely worth trying.
The atmosphere was just as impressive. It was vibrant and welcoming. Our server, Jasper, was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, which made the whole experience even better. She was able to accommodate my allergies perfectly.
Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I’m already looking forward to coming back with more of my friends. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience!
