Haven’t been to a Burger King in years. Thought I would give the one in Midland a chance. I ordered a Whopper and I feel like I was scammed. Seriously this is what your sell? Have you no shame?

I came here and the employees looked happy and were laughing. When they took my order they got the food out within 2 minutes and the food was good. The only issue I had was there was 1 singular fry on the floor besides that its a good BK location.

If I could give no stars I really would.
Walked in and ordered. Lady that took our order was absolutely horrible and had an attitude and then we were waiting forever for our food. I actively watched all our food sit on the counter for 25 mins to be bagged and handed to us. I literally called them from the lobby and complained about it. The manager had a serious attitude saying “if I get off the phone with you I can get you your food.” And since he had an attitude I gave one back saying I understood being busy however me sitting and watching for 25 mins of our food just sitting there seriously upset me. Ive never had to call a business to get the food I paid for in my life from a “fast food” joint. Ik the business has standards and this particular location doesnt live up to them at all. And I wasnt the only one there who was waiting either. Another customer with a little girl was waiting just as long if not longer to even have his order taken from the cashier. The manager was pretty quick AFTER I called to complain, threw the bags on the counter, yelled our number and quickly spun back around.

Always hot and never tasting old like other places. My preferred BK always. Been coming here since the 90s and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Workers are always nice and fast and do their best.

Most nastiest food ive ever had if my life hard food… cold …ask for fresh not one thing was fresh restaurant was so nasty the kids play area was a disaster food everywhere look like I was in Saginaw or flint 7 people working all young kids with no real knowledge of anything obviously. I would not feed this food to my dog. My son spit his food out and he loves his fast food needless to say midland DO BETTER HIRE SOME ADULTS ….

The assistant manager is rude! Treats her employees and customers like garbage. Unfortunately decided to stop there on work lunch with other coworkers and we were all treated terribly. She was the only person making the food (which i understand being short staffed but they weren’t bc 5-7 other employees all standing around) and after 45 mins of waiting I asked for a simple refund that only she could do and she didn’t wanna do that or make the sandwich. So by this point I just want my money and she finally comes up from the line after yelling from back there to then yell and belittle us for just wanting a refund in front of the whole lobby. She then threw the money on the counter and told us to never come back! But thankfully the Burger King on Saginaw RD is much nicer and fixed our issue!

Waited in the drive thru at least 20 minutes just to get to the window. Once at the window waited another 10 minutes for order which was incorrect. Went inside to correct order and all manager said to me was after I complained about the wait was ” I know I’ve been everywhere ” in a not so nice tone. Waited close to another 10 minutes for the corrected item. While I’m waiting they were playing vulgar rap music loudly in the grill area. There was others that came up to the counter with missing/incorrect items. Very unprofessional all the way around. Will never frequent that establishment again or recommend it.

Service was way too slow. You need to re-organize. For being a fast food establishment, the service was slow from the time you ordered until you received your order and all I ordered was a children’s burger. I asked for a packet of mustard and what I received was a to go ice cream cup with a dob of mustard on the lid, what a waste of money. Plus your servers did not look happy at all. I don’t think I will be going back there any time soon. That place need some serious help.
