Worst experience ever. Our server was clearly intoxicated and couldn’t remember our order after 3 attempts. When she finally brought the food, she touched the bacon with her bare hands to keep it from falling, and there was a hair in the hashbrowns . The sandwich was burnt, the eggs and waffles never arrived, and we waited an hour for nothing. This is a massive health code violation. Avoid this place at all costs.

Shamah and Will on the 2nd/night shift were amazing. They were so friendly and welcoming when we first walked in and continued to be the whole time. The service was so fast, it only took a few minutes to get our food. The food was delicious and hot. I highly recommend the Waffle House on Riverdale road because of these two people! Thank you both so much for the great service!

The staff was unfriendly and inattentive as they could possibly be. I stood at the window directly in front of the attendant who was bagging the orders. Not once did she acknowledge me, ask about my order, or offer assistance of any kind. After 3 or 4 minutes two gentlemen arrived and the same treatment until one decided to knock on the glass window. It’s blatantly clear that Towanana doesn’t enjoy her job and passes that bad energy on to her customers. Do better Waffle House staff.

I would never visit this location every again in my life. I ordered a grill Texas chicken melt and when I received it back the whole order was wrong. I was very specific how I wanted it so it wouldn’t be messed up but it was still wrong. I asked to get it remade over because I am allergic to tomatoes they said it wasn’t their problem and I have to order another meal which I didn’t understand. I even told them to add bacon on it and they said they forgot, plus anyone knows that all melts goes on Texas toast unless you want a change made. By the way, yes this is how it was given to me.

I had the Texas bacon cheese steak melt. this probably besides a grit bowl are the only things I’ll eat from there .haven been to this one in a while but it was nice and welcoming. Our food was out in a good time frame and it was made correctly.

When we pulled into this Waffle House the police department were pulling out which I thought was a little bit odd. When we got into the parking lot there were no other patrons the parking lot was completely empty. The police had left an automated video system mounted on a trailer and powered by solar panels in order to keep an eye on that particular location. It indicated to me that there could have been some serious crime problems in that area. The staff was only two people short order cook and waitress. The waitress was kind and polite although it took a little bit for her to warm up. My wife and I agree that the eggs were outstanding but there was some kind of cheese beef dish that I had that I didn’t like very well I don’t know if that was because it was not cooked properly or for some other reason. We ended up giving 30 bucks for just a few eggs and coffee I thought that was overpriced for the experience that we had.

It truly sucks we treat each other the way we do. If we were in Cobb county we wouldn’t have to worry about the dining in option not being available at 7:45pm. Two WH’s within a mile of each other locking the doors early and having attitudes about customers wanting to dine inside.

These people are super incompetent and deserve to work for tips they care not 5% of what they give out and the way they interact with guest. This is my 3rd time having a problem with these boneheads from no silverware (with an all-star), no butter with waffle and grits, food not correct. Today topped it and I always tip to go even though its gratuity topped on to go as it is because I worked as a sever and know the struggle. They obviously don’t make much because you’d give great service your whole shift to see your money they don’t care because they feel it doesn’t matter. I’ll still get my $2.15 and be outside until guest arrive come in smelling of smoke fixing my food. My last encounter of this place was today its another one like half a mile up the road. I’ll patronize that one from now on.even though its old national you shouldn’t feed into the stigma of the area be better!!
