If I could give zero stars, I would. The most SALTIEST food I’ve ever eaten. I love chipotle, but this location has had the nastiest food I’ve ever had. Cant even finish my food. What a waste. I was trying to pick apart my bowl trying to figure out what was the source, but literally everything was salty. It’s like the cook cooked everything with the taste buds of a 90 year old. Very disappointing and not what I was expecting. Will never come here again.

This is not what queso is supposed to look like or taste like! Very chunky and this was a “fresh batch”. Tasted awful and powdery . I’m not sure if this is what kids meals are supposed to look like either. Got it for my daughter and I asked the guy what does the kids meal come with? He replied “what do you want” i was very confused and my daughter didn’t even want to eat it.

Place is usually dirty but the foods better than a lot of the city chipotles. Horrible rude staff and just linger on their phones and don’t answer you when you talk to them. This employee is a real disappointment. I wish people cared about their jobs for a more enjoyable customer experience.

The lack of veggies is a real turn off for me personally. But on the upside the tenderness of the meat is fantastic the food is really good, the atmosphere is a little dark. Also if you dont know what it is you want the attitude from the employee becomes very noticeable. but even with all of that I would still highly recommend the place because to me the food is the biggest selling point and they do a fantastic job at that.

This is only for the manager working April 27th 2025 2:11pm. Very rude. I get this ALL the time at other locations and it NEVER a problem. I like to reheat my food later but I’m not trying to eat hot lettuce and tomato’s so I asked if u could get my cold toppings in a separate container and she said no that it would be an extra bowl… how? There is literally NOTHING but lettuce, tomato’s, corn and the other cold toppings… no rice beans meat or anything significant. She had the kind man making my food put my toppings in the small little ramekins instead which wasted more containers and inconvenienced myself and the man making my food… CHARGED ME For GUACAMOLE ON THE BOWL (didn’t receive it) I always tip well and ask for things very nicely. I just think that was petty. I will not be coming back to this location. Not to mention the area that had utensils for the public was dirty and disgusting with big unidentified crumbs of brown stuff in it. Nasty and a rude manager? Pick a struggle. The young man making my food was very nice and so was the young lady with glasses at the register. It was ole girl wearing the Taco Bell shirt in Chipotle..if you don’t believe check the camaras. I spent 26 dollars on food that wasn’t even made right. Horrible service

Always love chipotle. I’ve had bad experiences at certain locations but the food always makes up for it. This particular day it was a lovely young lady that greeted me and she was enjoyable. Also got to use my Free Gauc points.

I visited on 1/28/26, the restaurant is the most clean Chipotle I’ve seen in a while! All of the food on the line looked fresh and clean. Everyone was kind and helpful! Thanks for a great lunch.

Usually the food is pretty good at this Chipotle but no when they have plastic in it… chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, pico, sour cream, cheese, guacamole and lettuce.

Disappointed in this location. Came in on 11/21 at 6:45pm. Got a carne asada burrito w extra carne asada and guac. First team member to serve me was kind, but underportioned my carne asada as per your website. Then I had to get double carne asada because the first wasn’t enough, and then another team member who appeared to be a shift lead served me but underportioned me again. To order double carne asada and have to pay $7 more and not even get a full serving is ridiculous. Seems wrong to charge $7 for 5-6 more pieces of steak. Also my burrito was wrapped so bad I asked the team member to double wrap it, and she proceeds to give me attitude. Definitely expected more from here.

The employees can show a little bit more of class and respect. Lol, it’s like yes it’s chipotle and most people do expect terrible service but prove us wrong sometimes. No greeting, sidebar conversations amongst each other(non-work related) & just plain rude. Like button yourselves up a bit. My bowl was 9/10 though. No veggies of course.
