Was eating my food and noticed something weird in my fries… it was insect legs. Looked further down and there is a bug in my fries. Absolutely disgusting and even more disgusting because I had eaten some of the fries already. Absolutely terrible

Ordered thru the McDonald’s app for a McDelivery order and the employee told my Dasher that she was not making my food because my order was not at her store. My Dasher said he tried to show her that the order was for her store and she got a nasty attitude and told my Dasher she was not making anything. I ordered my food at 10:30 and it’s almost 12 am and me and my family don’t have anything to eat because of your entitled employee. She needs to be fired. My Dasher said she was light skinned and heavy set. I work in the food industry, been doing it for 28 years. Terrible customer service.

Person taking order/payment at drive-through was not overly pleasant. We were ask to pull into a spot to wait for our order along with several other cars. Person bringing out orders could not match orders to customers and kept yelling with the persons inside to try to figure it out. After 10 minutes or more my husband went to check what was going on. They told him they would remake our order. A woman, who I assume was the manager, brought our food out and apologized numerous times for the wait/confusion and that she had put pies in to make up for it. We thought that to be a nice gesture. When we took the pies out, the time stamped on them to serve by was over 20 mins earlier. The brightside was that all of our food was fresh and hot.

I recently had an issue with my order which was inconvenient because I was unable to eat the meal I paid for. I reached out to corporate and within a few days Michael, the manager at Zebulon Rd, reached out. I came in today to get a replacement burger and he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was rectified and we were happy customers. Michael is an exceptional human being I would be proud to have him on my team. I hope McDonalds sees the rare value in him and I pray he gets many blessings in this life. Thank you Michael I will pay your kindness forward and give the gift card to someone in need. Merry Christmas

WOW! I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder. Had not eaten at a McDonald’s in over 10 years. (And I SEE why now) Got home and opened my box. Burger looked as if it had been bitten. Yes, I’m sure it hadn’t been. However, the “turned off” meter was on 1,000 after that. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager (Kim), who was very nice and offered for me to come in to get another meal. I ended up going back and asking for a refund because I’m the one who lost money. What SHOULD’VE happened was an offer for a refund AND a meal replacement, although I would’ve opted for just a refund regardless. I’m not sure what I was thinking. Anytime there’s a need for fast food. We all know to head on over to Chick-fil-A, where their QUALITY control is top tier. That was my fault.

We waited for 10 min at the drive thru. No one answered. We drove around thinking maybe they closed. They at the window on the phone, playing on the clock. We spoke with a manager and they told us to go back around. We went back around to no avail. Same outcome. No service. It was around 11:05

One of the worst McDonald’s you could visit, so don’t. Customer service is trash. Food was trash. My fries were cold AND old, chicken nuggets were burnt, and the chicken sandwich was soggy with too much mayo! Nothing was fresh. Everything just horrible. And the light skinned girl who works the drive thru, such a nasty attitude. Never visiting this establishment ever again. Wish I could leave zero stars because they don’t even deserve the 1.

I came by and ordered my breakfast around 10:15. I had to pull up and wait like several other cars which I never mind doing. The wait was not long and the staff was very friendly. However, what I received is a very obviously microwaved frozen breakfast sandwich. The top was dry and crumbly, the bottom was hard as a rock. I took off the bottom, thinking at least the top and inside would be edible, not at all. It doesn’t even look like a McDonald’s biscuit, are they just using boxed frozen biscuits from the grocery store now?

This was a terrible experience! Thankfully we ordered on the app and had our food quick. But the person in front of us had lost likely ordered not on the app. him and us had to wait an unbelievable amount of time. When we finally got to the window. The workers were on their phones. Barely even working. I am very disappointed. And thankfully I don’t live close to this location, because I don’t see myself ever coming back, even if it’s the last food option available. Haven’t had the food yet. Hopefully no issues.
