I had a great experience at this Carl’s Jr! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I expected—but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and genuinely friendly, even during a busy rush. You can tell they care about customer service and keeping things running smoothly. Shoutout to the team leader Ricardo for making the visit quick and pleasant. Definitely coming back!

Pulled up 2 days ago (02/06/2026) around 8 PM and this carks jr was pretty clean! Food was fresh and hit the spot exactly how you want Carl’s Jr. to hit. And the staff? That’s what made the visit a really good visit. Super friendly, good energy, and actually made the experience feel easy and welcoming, especially for a night run.
Not a perfect 5 just because of some small stuff, but nothing that would stop me from coming back. Easily one of the better late-night fast food experiences I’ve had. Would recommend for sure

We just order from here online went and picked up my food order a LG strawberry lemonade paid an extra 2.00 for and a double cali burger. The drink was a 12 oz drink and when i questioned it was told that’s the only size they have and that what I get. I then got home and have this nasty black stuff smeared on one side of my bun and only one beef patty. So not only was I way over charged I did not even get what I order…nice work won’t be coming back

We went in there tonight after coming back from the airport looking for a decent meal, the lady ahead of us got her meal and walked out then the guy working walked away and never came back I tried to get his attention and he ignored us. Service at this location isn’t typically that bad. But they didn’t even acknowledge us. We were very disappointed and walked out.

Girls looks like has thinking on stuff except doing her job asked me few times about my order like she wasn’t listing and playing crazy to me after 4 times of asking same question about my food i got i bit diss point of her there where a guy looking kind of the same way as her the same way begin her

Went back to ask them to remake it. The manager upfront was extremely nice. But the cook in the back kept yelling in Spanish not knowing I spoke it too. The bread was soggy and appeared to have mold. She was saying ALL the bread looks like this and it doesn’t matter if she remakes it or not. Then she brought a pack of bread from the back to show the manager and yes. As she claimed. It appears it’s ALL moldy. Then when I confronted her she exploded and started yelling about hating chicanos……
