Ive never been more impressed by a waffle house. Christmas day. The whole staff just crushed it!! Really wasnt that long of a wait came at shift change too. Even the poor new kid who looked like he wanted to cry at times just kept on pushing through. If it wasnt so busy I would have found the manager and congratulated him for having such an awesome crew. When you looked up and really saw what was going on their wasnt a single employee not working together like a well oiled machine. The cooks had themselves set up for success every single thing we ordered came out absolutely perfect. I always go to waffle house all over the country when I travel so ive been to MANY through out my life..
I wish there were five more stars to give to these people who sacrificed part of their christmas to come in and push through that shift. Seriously GREAT JOB

Wow worse service ever. While waiting for my food I overheard several complaining about the food and witnessed lots of confusion about seating and getting orders wrong. When the server brought my food there was nothing correct about the order. There was scrambled eggs instead of the over medium. There was a hash brown instead of grits’s and the bacon was not well done. When I said the server wow not even close he gave me a deer in the headlight look and ask if I wanted to re-order. I felt it was best to cut my losses and leave. The server handed me a bill for the full price of the meal. When I questioned it he discounted by half. Not a happy customer will not be back to the monkey junction location.

Every time me and my wife come here the food is always good and when you get a decent server it’s great. I honestly didn’t want to come here and complain, I just wanted to talk to someone about the multiple occasions of having to back out as soon as we pull in because of a handle full of servers. We pulled in last night and the young girl with blue hair yelled, “REALLY”, and then slapped her own head on the table. I get it, it’s Waffle House but come on. I always tip 50% or higher. Yes, I actually do. I love coming here but can someone please tell the servers not to scream and clearly be upset that we pulled up to eat. If it’s shift change, then just tell us and we’ll wait for the next server, it’s not that big of a deal. We love the food and don’t expect everyone to be 100% all the time but we hadn’t even walked in the door.
