The food is typical of McDonald’s with the exception that it’s warm and always cooked nicely. But the service and atmosphere is what makes this review an above average one. Not to mention they always have nice music playing! Definitely one of my favorite McDonald’s stops when I have time.

I was pulled up to the 3rd little window to wait on my frap. When I received it it wasn’t full I asked why. The Mexican lady states that since I didn’t get whip on top this is where the coffee stops. I then asked for the whip and this is what I received back smh it’s to earl. Then I asked for caramel where is it.

This is “My” McDonalds! The people that work here are friendly, and the food comes out correct whenever I order it a special way. They are also efficient! I’ve never waited more than 5-7 minutes for my food, no matter how busy they are. I’ll drive the extra miles to make it to this McDonalds. They also have a “Play Place” for kids which is nice.

I had to drive back around through the drive just to do this google review. This young Jose that works the drive through has an exceptional personality and one of the friendly attitude towards his job and his customers…Jose more folks need to learn from you when it comes to a welcoming customer service..thank you…I hope your bosses read this and reward you as needed…your amazing and you make my morning with your fantastic service…HE DESERVES A MANAGER POSITION..

First off, I know they were busy at this time but it seemed that there was no organization to the chaos in the kitchen area. I ordered a double bacon quarter pounder meal with a sweet tea and 2 apple pies. I had to wait over 25 mins for them to sling the order out. When it was handed off to me the guy tells me they were sold out of apple pies and started to walk off and I said on what about a refund. He look surprised I was asking for a refund for what they couldn’t provide. He left to get the manager and he refunded me for the pies. Well I got in my truck and made it almost home and realized they never gave me a cup but since I was almost home I decided to just let it go and get home. I open my burger and it has no bacon and is cold, the meat didn’t resemble a double quarter pounder at all and very thin, and the fries had old grease taste to them so I threw them away and ate the burger. Literally paid over $13.00 for just a burger that wasn’t worth it. I won’t be going back there again.

Food quality and value gone. Those days are gone. All frozen food, fried, no napkins, they actually think they are serving fresh food. Burgers flat like they mess them down. Quality, no Quality. Needs new corporate model and care about Quality and food appariance. No one item looks like anything on the picture menu board. Self ordering walk ups are always broken or has issues. God bless

Terrible service. I haven’t been to a McDonalds in years, figured I’d give it a try. Self serve kiosk made no sense. No one to help at the register. I just walked out. Probably last time I’ll see one. The foods bad for you anyways.
