If I can give zero stars I would. It’s absolutely insane to charge an extra $1.50 for ice when you order an iced coffee and your ice is melted when they give it to you. This has happened to me numerous times at this location. If I order an iced latte I expect there to be ice in it. I understand you pour hot espresso over it but it is an expectation that you add more ice to keep it cold and not warm. You want to charge $5-7 for an iced coffee or iced latte I expect ice to be included in it. I will not be going back.
