Salt Creek Grille Valencia is an excellent dining spot! The atmosphere is warm, upscale, and perfect for family dinners, celebrations, or date nights. The staff was attentive, polite, and provided great service from start to finish. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and the appetizers and desserts were just as impressive.

Overall, a fantastic experience. One of the best restaurants in Valencia. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

Scallops and bbq chicken salad are really delicious. The chocolate souffle not pictured was so yummy, and you must order the souffle at least 25min before hand. Service was great, everyone was really friendly. This place is a must try. Thank you.

We had dinner here on New Year’s and we enjoyed it. So nice, beautiful restaurant. Kid friendly but we were placed right by the kitchen and was sooooo loud and very busy obviously. We appreciate the fact they accommodate us last minute.
Food is delicious and portions are generous. Wine is good and the server went all the way to the cellar to get one at the right temperature for us. It was expensive but worth it.

Second time eating here. I ordered the Mesquite Grilled Salmon that came with rice and veggies. My significant other had Mesquite Grilled Ribs that came with seasoned fries. She also ordered a side of Sauteed Spinach but she only took a couple of bites and said it was a little too salty when asked by the waitress who said she’d take it back and remove it from the bill which she did. We also had a couple of mock tails and cheesecake. That cheesecake was very good too. The service was great, food was delicious and the portions were generous.

Can be crowded if you don’t know about Secret seating. We got a nice hidden table with a tip. Very Romantic Vegetarian Dinner,menu loaded with good selection. Food taste unique , everything from Seafood to steak. This place has a few Vip secrets when busy that allow regulars good service. I felt like only a few of the servers did the Vip thing for there regulars ,but there on it! Other servers were kinda just following along. So if you get lucky,get you some of that old fashioned Vip service and have a great date!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my dining experience at your restaurant on January 25, 2026.

That evening, I arrived for dinner with my husband and another couple. Upon being seated in a booth, we immediately noticed visible grease and smeared food on the seat. I politely requested that the booth be cleaned so that we could sit comfortably. A young man who was busing tables came over and wiped the seat; however, the grease and food residue remained.

Wanting to avoid any disruption or embarrassment, I quietly went to the ladies’ room, retrieved paper towels, and returned to clean the seat myself. At that point, a young woman—possibly a server—approached me and began speaking to me in a confrontational and demeaning tone, explaining that many people visit the restaurant and implying that I should therefore expect dirty seating. I did not say a word to her, nor did I ask that the booth be re-cleaned. I simply took it upon myself to resolve the issue discreetly. Being spoken to in such a manner for expecting a reasonably clean seat was both inappropriate and unacceptable.

Unfortunately, the service issues were compounded by the quality of the food. I ordered the lobster and shrimp bisque, which contained neither lobster nor shrimp. The seasonal vegetables were severely overcooked and limp. The short ribs and mashed potatoes were served cold. My husband ordered a New York strip steak, which had an unusual opaque pink exterior and was unappetizing. The meal, overall, was extremely disappointing.

While the professional backgrounds of my dining companions—a top-producing Realtor, a successful local business owner, a Police Chief, and a District Manager for an insurance company serving all of Los Angeles County—should not matter, the reality is that one never knows whom they are serving or the influence those individuals have within the community. More importantly, every guest deserves to be treated with respect and provided a clean environment and quality food, regardless of who they are.

Being made to feel as though our expectations were unreasonable and being treated in a dismissive, disrespectful manner was deeply troubling. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to your restaurant.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to address both service standards and staff conduct going forward.

The good thing about Salt Creek Grille is their food. It’s very very tasty and the portions are large. The scallops were a tiny bit rubbery but I forgive that because scallops are hard to get right and I still ate and enjoyed them. The portobello chicken and the grilled pear and scallops salad were excellent. The lemon lavender creme brulee was to die for!! The drinks we had (april showers and pain killer) were pretty good but nothing to go home about. And yes as you’d expect it’s very pricey here, but my partner and I went for our anniversary so we had planned to spend a good amount. Was disappointed to see they don’t do the anniversary dessert that I saw in other’s reviews anymore I guess, we told both the hostess and waiter it was our anniversary but we didn’t get it. Not the end of the world I guess. What was pretty dang bad was the service. Poor dude had no idea what he was doing. I don’t know if he was new or just had an off day. But he forgot what our orders were, forgot we had already ordered dessert and didn’t put the order in, forgot to get our to go boxes that we asked for, and our drinks came AFTER the food which was really strange? Plus he’d chat with other patrons about random things for so long that other tables would get neglected. I saw one guy come up to the waiter while he was near our table and ask for a fork presumably because the waiter didn’t come to his table to check on him like he should. At one point he said he’d be right back and then ended up talking to another table for so long I considered asking someone else for help. It was honestly ridiculous. Great food, bad service, not worth the $125 I spent. Might return if I got a different waiter and had money to burn?

Amazing spot to host a party! We had a group of 25 girls for a bridal shower in the private room. We were there on a Sunday and did the buffet brunch, which had an amazing selection. They had a build-your-own pasta station and an egg station. Great selection for all different tastes. Many more options as well!

The waiter, Phil, was super attentive and sweet to all of us. We constantly felt taken care of. Drinks were filled at all times! We stayed after to enjoy espresso martinis at the bar which was fun!

Super grateful for the experience, and everything was flawless!
