Horrible nasty food, with bad service. Came after 10am ordered on app and dining room was still closed. Small portions for a high price point. Cold fries that tastes like they were thrown in the freezer before served to me. Just bad food. Tried breakfast here too sadly it wasn’t good either it was dry but edible of you go home and add your own honey unlike the lunch I purchased from here. Also they serve melted frosty here and claim it was fresh that’s definitely a lie. That explains why both times I went the place was empty. Not one customer. They have bad food and bad service. The afternoon i ordered the burgers they made us wait 20 minutes for it to be served to us with the freezing cold fries and no other customers were there. We were the only ones so I guess the 20 minute wait was us waiting for them to freeze our fries. Seriously don’t eat here

Went through the drive thru and ordered a #2 bacanator and when I got home got a chicken sandwich. The girl at the intercom got the order messed up twice before I had to speak slowly and say I wanted the #2. Personally they need to get their stuff together and either get the intercom fixed or take their time.

The most pleasant greating to a wedys ever, my cashier Sandy has made this one of the nicest greetings ever and her commitment to service is remarkable, after 35 years in full service restaurants ahe is a blessing she has qualities that arent trained but from her smile to her jumping in to help the drive thru greeter to my order being 100% rightshe has been cleaning and stocking and asked everyone if they were all set needless to say above and beyond it is one sandy that can make for a positive environment. Well thank you to whoever is responsible for being a part of my friday dinner. Thank you

I roll through the drive through and order a double stack Biggie Bag, give the woman a $20 for the $6.77 purchase and she gives me change for a $10. After I call her out, she gives me the $10 back she owed me. Then I go to park and eat, and there’s no double stack in the bag, just fries and nuggets! WTH?! So I go inside to get my sandwich, and nobody inside would give me the time of day. Screw this place, last time I ever eat at this location. I like Wendy’s a lot, but I’ll never go back to Transit and Wherle. I hope they all have a nice day there.

I have an issue every time I go there. The last time I went all the employees clocked out at the same time for lunch and sat in the parking lot smoking pot. This time they were trying not to take my order while they were open through the drive through. And when I got my food there was green plastic on it. Would not recommend

I use to like Wendy’s. But in the last couple of years they have went downhill. I tried different stores and none are what they use to be . The food comes out cold and messy. The workers didn’t even wear gloves when handling food or food products. The counter person especially should not have been handling food.

About 730pm on 5/31/23: Ordered and paid for Apple pecan salad. No pecans or dressing! Dressing is best part of this salad. No utensils. Frosty was small, I paid for medium. Too far from house to go back. The young man was pushing bags out at me. Tiny Frosty was overflowing so cover couldn’t go on. No napkins given either. Very poor quality control. Tried calling but shrill ring like a fax machine.

So, basically, the food there is always great it absolutely slaps. But like, here’s the problem. I ordered from Wendy’s and I paid money for sauce and I didn’t receive the sauce. I also didn’t get any straws. I feel like that’s mad wild and unfair. But still, your food is so good. I recommend The saucy Nuggs.
