I’m changing my review of this particular Taco Bell. It used to be good. Used to have friendly people working here. I say used to because this one now sucks! The drive thru is terrible and going inside is worse. First off it’s dirty inside, it’s as if no one has ever thought to wipe down the tables, sweep or mop. Then they have those do it yourself because we don’t want to pay someone to work kiosks. Those are covered in filth. The guy in front of us ordered on the kiosk and paid for his stuff on it. They didn’t have the products he ordered and they didn’t know how to refund his money back to his card. That’s pathetic. Like self checkout, I refuse to use a kiosk. I don’t work at Taco Bell. Don’t go here, it’s sad I used to like this one.

Was just here with my Wife, picking up some dinner. I ordered 2 bean/cheese burritos for my wife and I ordered 3 Soft Taco Supreme with EXTRA SOUR CREAME & EXTRA CHEESE, well I didn’t get the extra of anything but yet I was charged an extra $4.00+ ( see my reciept) IM SOOOO UPSET!!!!! I just got Ripped off!!!!! This is completely unacceptable!!!!! Jessica was our order taker & cashier. I just wonder how many other people they do this to! I tried calling the Establishment and NO Answer! I really hope the Francisee or Gen Mgr sees this Review . Because we should NOT get ripped off of our hard earned money.
