Excellent food and service. The bacon cheese burger with fries was amazing. The manager actually visited the table to inquire how everything was. That just never happens at other restaurants anymore.

2/23/2026 5:30 pm:My son and I had a disappointing experience at Applebee’s this evening. We both ordered sirloin steaks, but the meals arrived only at room temperature. My steak was rubbery and full of tough muscle, making it difficult to cut. I let our waitress Johanna C know, and she was helpful and offered a replacement. When a gentleman—possibly the manager—brought the new plate, he asked me to cut into the steak in front of him and questioned what was wrong with the first one. He never introduced himself, and the interaction made me feel as though he didn’t believe me, even though the waitress had already seen the issue. By the time the replacement arrived, my son had finished his meal, so I asked for a box. The man than asked if I was going to eat it or take it home. I felt again like he thought I lied.
Between the lukewarm food, the poor quality of the steak, and the uncomfortable service, the experience fell far below expectations.

The food was mediocre at best. We ordered the appetizer trio, and the 8oz sirloin for the 2 for $25. Most of our food was cold. The steaks were only “grilled” on one side which left you with a horrible mouth feel. They weren’t cooked to the right temperature. The green beans were soggy and cold. My husband ordered mashed potatoes while I ordered the Mac & Cheese. The server brought us both Mac & cheese and had to go get his mashed potatoes. The Mac &cheese was cold and the shredded cheese on top tasted stale and hard, it didnt even start to melt. Our appetizer trio, chicken quesedilla, boneless wings (classic buffalo) and onion rings. All I can say was at least the chicken quesedilla tasted decent. The wings were clearly hot, not classic. The onion rings were so hard that I cut the roof my mouth trying to eat one. Our server was scarce and when she did come to our table, before we could address any issue, she was gone again.

I was w a friend and wanted to order a steak each. We were the only people in the section at first but after about 20 min, the area filled up. The server brought up the 2 for $25 meals and said it would be more money. My friend and I both understood it would be a total of $30. We just wanted water.
The kitchen person brought our food but when we asked about missing items and the correct temp of the steak , she said she didn’t know which steak was cooked which way, “it’s not my thing to know, I just carry it out .” Our server stopped acknowledging us. I asked the server about getting the missing items and he said he’d get them but then took care of 3 other tables. He had been friendly and we were joking with him too, but it was as if we were no longer there. He kept pushing the happy hour drinks to everyone else who came in.
It took almost 5 min to get him to stop to ask for our bill. It was 5:40 when he walked away with it. I had a gift card so he took that and I had to stop him 10 min later to ask if it had been covered. I told him we needed to get going. He had left it somewhere and had to find it. Another 10 min later he finally acknowledged me to tell me it had been paid and was waiting on me to pay the additional amount. Instead of $5 + tax it was $13 more +tax. I am not tech at all so asked if I could pay him with my credit card. He scolded me for not using the computer thing at the table and when I explained that I don’t know how they work; he was obviously upset with me and it felt like he was snapping at me as he said “well I don’t either, just push the buttons until it works” and walked away from our table.
I haven’t had a negative experience at any Applebee’s before but I won’t go back to that place.
Wrong steak temp, missing items, the kitchen person didn’t care about anything, it took 35 min just get get our bill paid and I was scolded and snapped at by the server. I acknowledge the server was busy but he went to every one of the other 5 tables repeatedly to joke with them but didn’t stop when we asked three times to stop for us. I can let everything go but the server ignoring us for almost 30 min, then snapping at me and walking away.
He was alone but seemed to be handling it well, maybe it was a rough day but being rude is un called for.

The food and service was excellent, the prices after 9:00 pm for appetizers are a big plus, the restaurant was busy but still the wait time was not too long and everything came out on time.

Normally I quite like this place but tonight was an exception. Before I left I had wanted to order a dessert and get a drink to go. BUT I couldn’t. The bartender went to seat two guys. Over the next *20+ minutes* she got their drinks, took their order, and gave two people their pickup orders. In all that tone she never even glanced towards the bar. Finally I had to go and I couldn’t even ask for my tab. I pulled out enough cash to cover my meal, put it on the bar, and walked out.
There were other employees who could have fetched those pickup orders. There was certainly plenty of opportunity to at least look toward the bar, but nope.
This is not acceptable or excusable. Get your shit in order.

We and had the 2 for $30 with the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp, came sizzling which was entertaining and also kept the food quite warm during our conversational dinner. The waiter, Dorian was very polite and when we asked about dessert he suggested the brownie bite that was super delicious and also a budget friendly option. We will definitely be back at this location as no matter what time we come, it’s always great service.

Pretty sure bartender/server was HIGH on something… very difficult to even order… order was incorrect, some of the food cold, no silverware or napkins… “manager” was oblivious…won’t be going back and I’m not sure they even care.
