Wouldn’t fulfill a mobile order in the drive through. I was in the drive through because I have a broken ankle and they still said I had to come inside. I’m guessing they’re trying to improve their speed in the drive through by doing this. But this is not very good service no other fast food restaurant makes you come inside when order online. We won’t be back.

Agree w previous post regarding the price has stayed roughly the same, but the quality of the taste has changed tremendously. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not naste, the great tasty chicken fingers that made them famous is not there anymore.
Also, check your bag before you leave the window. I paid for extra bread and when I got home, it wasn’t in the bag.

Been awhile since I’ve gotten food from here. There not as good as they use to be and much more expensive since the last time I’ve was here. l really must say though I’ve always had a good experience here the employees are on point with everything with always being friendly and helpful with fast in and out service and I personally have never had a problem with any of the food my orders are always correct when I receive them. So thumbs up to all the canes employees in Chalmette for doing a good job .

This location needs a haul over of managers and retrain team members. Team members that understand Cane’s philosophy of customer service skills and experience when interacting with the public. I don’t appreciate being yelled our when ordering food most locations your greeted with a friendly voice and not being rush to order. ‘HI WELCOME TO CANES WHAT CHICKEN COMBO YOU PICKING. I think that’s it. Not someone yelling what else you need ?what else you want? It’s simple Canes isn’t like any other fast food restaurant. They all are unique in their own way. I recommend that this location go over with their team members customer service skills and look into the managers Alex I think his name was he didn’t want to say. Also sanitation cleanliness and being able to see your card being swipe at the window.
