I’m so annoyed. I waited over 20 minutes for 4 already paid for mozz sticks & after 20 minutes, I clicked the button at stall number 19. Waited another few minutes no answer. That’s when I started to drive away, and I noticed there was only two other cars in the parking lot. My issue is that I already paid for them. I couldn’t even speak to someone and customer support is not doing anything at all. I’ll keep calling until I get my mozzarella sticks, whether it be another day, but I already paid for them.

Service she was rude, possibly overwhelmed. Told us it would be 5 min before she got to us. 5 min passed and no response. Mind you we are in the Drive Thru, at Sonic “fast food”. =0

Do better. Get new management, and train them. The food industry is all about your customer service. If your losing money at this location invest in someone who is experienced in management

This location has been a sinking ship for many years now. The employees, however, are amazing! No matter what disaster they are faced with, they still provide friendly service. If you visit this location, please don’t take out your frustration on these employees. They are doing their best with what they have. It is clear that there is a lack of support from the higher ups within the franchise. There is always a shortage and a high turnover of employees. Some of the equipment doesn’t work, or doesn’t work well. They seem to be short on products. There was a time when the tator tots were very popular! The tator tots have been undesirable for about a year now.
Management, please give some support and put some money into bringing up this place!
I asked for light ice and got a cup more than half way full of ice. Again, the tator tots were inedible.

Great service. The assistant manager, Melissa, fixed my grilled cheese perfectly. She was very friendly and didn’t take long for my order although she was by herself.

I was craving Sonic, so I went and ordered two corndogs, a Blizzard, and some mozzarella sticks. When I got home, I realized one of the corndogs was burnt. That was disappointing since I usually enjoy Sonic and never have issues. I just wanted to mention it so it can be improved for next time.

Place is a DUMP. Needs to be tore down. Along with staff… they take forever to get to the order box and that was with only 3 people in line including myself. No ketchup, no napkins, fries look 3 days old, kids meal made my daughter so sick (throwing up), ocean water is all syrup, food is cold, asked for extra marinara for 6 piece mozzarella sticks… I got 2. Kids burger was out of wrapper when handed the bag… mozzarella sticks oozed old tasting grease when I bit into it..this is ridiculous. This is the 3rd time to this location and it’s got worse and worse.

Took longer than app said on eta at least 20 minutes I sat there then get home food is all burnt and nasty. waste of $25 also they made drinks first when I got there and then proceeded to take twenty minutes so drinks were watered down when I complained they just offer you a free route 44 drinks ♀️
