Delicious food! I came here for the first time this past Tuesday, and everything was really good. I ordered the nachos ($15), which were a decent portion and tasted great. The horchata was also really good, I’m just not sure why they don’t offer refill and require you to buy a new cup (est. $5). For an appetizer, we got the guacamole—it was plentiful and perfect for our group of five. Others in my group ordered the wet burrito (around $21), and it was quite large—they couldn’t even finish it. To end the meal, I tried the mazapán flan, which was delicious, though I do wish it was a little bigger. Overall, the food was great, the portions generous, and we had a really good experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the molcajete next time!

Food was good and priced well. We ate there around 12pm and for 7 people it was $190! For the price and the portions you get it’s a good place! The waiters were all really nice and th3 place was clean. It wasnt super busy the time we went too. We would definitely go back! 🙂

This restaurant really impressed me in every way. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with high quality ingredients. Each plate that arrived at our table looked amazing and tasted even better. The staff was polite, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The environment is comfortable and welcoming, and it feels like a place you could come for both a casual night out or a special occasion. It is not easy to find a spot that gets every detail right, but this one absolutely does.

Great Mexican restaurant service was fantastic food was good and the ambient was pleasant. Nice to see things getting back to normal as Happy Hour is from 4 – 6 pm Monday- Friday and a nice crowd it was… they have outdoor seating if that’s your thing. Inside the Alameda Center never been it is a must … enjoy

Nice big and beautiful restaurant, the waitress Sandy was very nice and the music and vibe was authentic and amazing love this place I ordered take out but wish I could have stayed longer. I HAVE TO SAY MY FAVORITE PLACE ALSO TO EAT IS TACOS DON CHENTE DOWNY BEST BIRRIERA BURRITOS. God bless you, Sandy, and thank you for the meal.

Food was terrible! My enchiladas tasted like someone smashed split peas and called it verde sauce. BLAND no seasoning. Chicken dry overcooked. Flan was crumbly and clumpy. Cook needs redirection or to get culinary lessons it was overpriced and the food was bland. Drink was nasty cucumber lime drink terrible choice with enchiladas.

Really good places with good food, drinks and vibes. For appetizers we had the pork belly and boy it was delicious. Both the sauces complemented the pork petty good. The spicy shrimp( cucarchas) where pretty good also. I had the chicken fajitas and it was pretty good and it was a pretty decent plate. The Molcajete was awesome. And last but not least, the margaritas where pretty good as well the Mexican Mule.

Don Chente B&G is a good local bar that alive with energy and good vibes. The food and beverage program is solid as well as diverse. Went there for happy hour and it didnt disappoint. The location is good and there is plenty of parking.
