If you dont get it with smashed buns, you just dont get your meal at all. They pulled me forward for 2 sandwiches, I sat for 10+ minutes, no one came. I went back through the drive thru and they said pull up to pickup 2. I did. And waited. For another 10 minutes. I just left. So pissed. Don’t waste your money here. This mcdonalds is worse than Covert Ave.

The floor in this restaurant must have been mopped with a greasy mop. The entire floor was dangerously slippery, everyone noticed it, and a couple of people came really close to falling. Very few clean tables available as well. Our order took much longer than we expected, I was at the counter to ask for my money back just as it was finally ready. Not a pleasant experience, very disappointing.

I frequent this McDonald’s but the last few weeks it’s gone downhill I think they may be understaffed. Today I waited 30 minutes that’s no exaggeration from 7: 23 to 7:53 for food and my fries were ice cold. I had already waited so long I know I couldn’t even get a refund or hot fries without waiting another 30 minutes it’s not worthe the $4. You could hear the employees in the back talking shit I get that they’re overwhelmed but then shouldn’t I get fresh fries if you’re turning them out so fast. I could have gotten faster service and better food at a sit down restaurant for the same price. Let’s be real you only go to McDonald’s because you’re looking for something fast or because you’re looking for something cheap it is no longer either of those things.

Apparently mustard and ketchup as rare as spin gold around here. No more then 3 of each. I wish they wouldn’t bother giving them out if that’s all you get. 3 ketchup packets for a giant order of fries. Also you need to learn to put mustard on your dry burger. You smothered it in ketchup so I always have to order more mustard. Worst service yet

I have ordered at this location multiple times, and almost everytime have been met with very rude customer service. While this is not the most shocking from a McDonald’s, I am writing a review due to this specific location’s constant issues. I have had now two different mobile orders that I have placed to this specific location that were confirmed and charged my account. Each time I was left waiting for 40 plus minutes and when I called was met with 0 help. The people on the phone never provided more help than rudely demanding they did not have my order. I was calm never angry each time just simply asking if they had said order. For some reason it was met with aggression and lack of help so after multiple instances of the same poor customer service I am leaving my first bad review at any place…. Ever. This is a poorly ran establishment and could use lots of help and better management support. I expect to at the very least be able to talk to someone if there is an issue with my order but for some reason they cannot maintain a basic conversation here. Thanks

Food is never good. But somehow still better than the terrible service you get. I work close by and it’s faster to drive to literally any other McDonald’s location and get back to work instead of going to this one.

WENT TO THE DRIVE THRU LAST NIGHT HOW HARD IS IT TO DO ORDERS AND GIVE CUSTOMERS THE CORRECT ITEMS THEY HAVE ORDERED THAT IS YOUR JOB GOT A HAPPY MEAL HAD DOUBLE PACKAGE OF APPLES NO FRIES TOLD THEM XTRA ONIONS ON THE CHEESEBURGER NO ONIONS ON IT MUST BE SOME IDIOTS WORKING THERE WHAT A SHAME THAT MANAGEMENT DOESN’T CHECK ORDERS AND LET THEM GO OUT LIKE THAT.

The food is generally ok here, but the service is getting really slow. Took 10+ minutes to get through the drive thru line with a mobile order. I also found the lady at the pickup window to be kinda rude.
