I seldom eat at fast food restaurants, but this Hardee’s is stellar! My wife and I were greeted by Enrique, who was extremely friendly and courteous and took our order quickly and efficiently. I can’t explain how positive his energy was, but it immediately made me like and respect this man. Jessye brought our order to us at our table (I didn’t expect this level of attention as most fast food restaurants simply call your name or number), and greeted us by name. She was polite and very friendly, and later came by to ask us how everything was. This was simply above and beyond, and yet another feather in the cap of this Hardee’s. Finally, we were greeted by André. What a nice and friendly guy he turned out to be. The simple meal we chose (biscuits & gravy, and hash browns, and coffee) were all fresh and flavorful, but secondary to an outstanding staff managed by a top notch manager. Great job Hardee’s.

This is one of the best places to get breakfast. I measure all biscuits and gravy I try against Hardees. It’s so delicious. And the cinnamon raisin biscuits are so good, plus I can buy extra of those and have them over a few days and no one in my house will steal them because of the raisins. Sausage egg and cheese biscuits are also yummy, and only $5 for 2 (plus like 60 cents for the added cheese)!

I have been coming to this location for close to 3 years now. For the last year, I’ve witnessed the same manager berate both employees and customers. I’ve had a direct disrespectful encounter with this manager. I didn’t understand that the platter had different protein option and was treated like scum for asking questions at the drive thru. I’ve ordered inside and received the same treatment. If breakfast is served until 11, like online says, why am I being talked to like a child’s for asking if there a are still biscuits at 1032 am. I misspoke at the drivethru today (12-5-25) and when I changed my order at the window the manager in the back was loudly talking about the inconvenience that “added food at the window” was for them. The red headed widow girl was extremely apologetic when she realized I could hear the angry women behind her. Every time i visit this location the same “manager” makes me question this decision. I will no longer be visiting this location due to this women. Fair warning to not ask questions if “Trina” is working unless you want to be treated like crap.

Drive thru, changed my order and the negro lady with dreads looked a bit upset, she gave me my order and slammed the window closed while I was asking for ketchup. Mathew reopened the window and said, “Sorry what was that?” I asked for ketchup and was given some, I asked Mathew what her name was and the negro lady with dreads turned around and said to me “What was that?” While eating fries towards me. I said thank you for your help. I drove away. I think she was eating someone else’s fries order Isn’t there cameras inside? Not going back to this location. Thanks but no thanks.

Wonderful, polite service from the young man operating the drive through at about 6:30pm on 9/25/25. I leave the time and date hoping he’ll get the credit he’s due for doing his job so well. (I asked his name and forgot it by the time I got home :P. p.s. The super-star burger was ready quickly and delicious!

Finaly Hardee’s has the Double western bacon cheeseburger. I loved this burger growing up in California, but it is not served here in Missouri year-round. it is an awesome burger. 2 beef patties, BBQ sauce, Bacon, and 2 onion rings. I can not eat onions so my burger did not have them. and the fries were hot. But I have to say the bacon was hard as a rock. It felt like I was chewing on pebbles. Hardee’s if you are listening PLEASE bring this burger here year-round.
9/18/22 revisiting this Hardee’s. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. When I got to the counter an employee came over immediately and took my order. He was smiling the whole time. He gave me the senior discount (I do not know if I qualify for it, and I am not going to ask. Thanks for the discount ) I got the double western bacon cheeseburger . And it was AWESOME. It was hot, the bacon was cooked right and tasted awesome . The fries were freshly cooked and hot. The soda what can I say, it was cold and wet. The employees are AWESOME, I did not get the employee name that took my order but he was nice and knew what he was doing with my request. This was an awesome experience. Hardee’s #1503828 your AWESOME keep up the good work.

But the BBQ sauce was good and there was a lot of it. The fries were cold and stale I guess they had been sitting around a while. Good food, one of the best Hardee’s chains in town in my opinion in that regard. But in the mornings the lady they have taking orders in the drive through is unbelievably rude and inpatient. This is the second time I almost drove off. First time was because the milk she gave me expired on that day, and she refused to exchange it saying it was perfectly fine to drink. Then today, attitude over a coupon and me not being specific enough about what breakfast platter I ordered. Petty stuff! I understand people are jerks in the drive through, I’ve worked in food service I get it, but if you lose your cool over basic things like this maybe get a different job.
