Paid $6.60 for the Quasarito today. It’s the size of a Meximelt! NO chicken, no chipotle sauce, no sour cream! WTH! It’s only rice and nacho cheese. This Taco Bell sucks. Thank God a new one will be opening soon in Buckhorn!

I ordered from here for delivery. The food was somehow delivered fast (thank you door dash). But…. It was cold to the touch, cross contaminated, not cooked at all. Honestly may never eat here again. I’ve been throwing up all night and on the toilet currently the next day. Gonna go from eating here daily, to never again. Praying it was just a new hire who messed up.

The AI ordering system is horrible and lazy. Literally had to sit there arguing with a robot, took ages for an employee to assist. Then we were handed the wrong drink (which was fixed in the moment) and then the complete wrong order. Having robots as “employees”gives lazy and greedy.

You would think they would get better after they remodeled the store, but I feel like they’ve gotten worse. I ordered DoorDash tonight. My bag was sealed and in good shape I opened up the bag to eat my food. My burrito was trashed completely ripped apart, and my quesadillas were balled up in the wrappers like they didn’t give a shit. Second time I’ve got bad food! Tonight I got a number 1 and two tacos were pretty much vegetarian tacos with a drop of sourcream, they would of been OK if I would of gotten the hot sauce I ask for, one taco was loaded with everything and messy but no nappkens to wipe off my hand! Pretty crappie if you ask me! Drive through!!

Every time I go through the drive through, my order is wrong, I just went through three times to get the correct order to match my receipt, and it was still wrong, but I just gave up because I don’t have the time or patience to go through again. The staff was getting irritated with me even though there was no wrongdoing on my end, and I was kind when going through and notifying them as the accident. If you go for dine in it’s mediocre, most likely they will give you the right order, cleanliness just depends on what manager is there. If you are going through the drive through I notice they just don’t care at all in regards to customer service or even just giving you the right food.
