Staff here are very cordial. Kudos to the team. Like other In-N-Out, the drive thru was packed at dinner time. We had a bit of time so we went indoor. Inside was clean and great to watch the staff serve each customer with a smile. We waited approximately 10 minutes.

I came all the way from North Carolina and knew I had to stop at In-N-Out. It’s just one of those places you have to hit when you’re out west. I absolutely love the food and this location did not disappoint. The place was clean inside. Every table was wiped down, the floors were swept, and everything just looked kept up.
There was plenty of parking and it was easy to find. I also liked the outdoor seating area. They had misters going which felt amazing on a hot day. Even outside, everything was clean. No bird droppings on tables like I’ve seen at some other spots.
They got my order mostly right. One thing was off but that happens sometimes, especially at a busy place like this. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and out of all the In-N-Out locations I’ve been to, this is one of the better ones. Five stars from me.

4 by 4 Animal Style extra chopped chilis chocolate shake and well done fries. You know what you’re in for every time you go into one of these excellent establishments. Fresh everything. Swift accurate friendly service. Slammed or stable it’s all good you’re getting your food in a timely manner and piping hot never warmed over. Lobby is always clean. Always at least one team member cleaning. I dunno why people go elsewhere for a fast burger option.

Went to go get the veterans free meal today at the In-N-Out and I will tell you they were first rate in staff, service and food. I was not expecting them to offer a milkshake but they did and of course I got a strawberry one. Places like In-N-Out make veterans like me extremely happy to have served our country and now to have them serve us. Fantastic job to the team. Had to come again this year for Veterans Day this time I got animal style double double and animal style french fries. Loved both of them and my daughter liked her a simple cheeseburger as well.

When we flew into Palm Springs AirPort my buddy wanted to stop for a quick In-N-Out. I do not eat beef because my stomach doesn’t like it, but I had a few bites of a well done single burger and some fries. I also can’t resist a chocolate shake. Love I N Out since I was a kid and will always stop in and support.
Bathrooms were clean and staff was great supply arrival. Service always takes a bit but it’s fresh food.

The down side is that it is mobbed. While the place is crawling with customers, they have enough capacity to handle it, in terms of seating, kitchen production, and staffing.
There is a lot of outdoor seating in the back.
So if you want a good burger and don’t mind a crowd, this is a good option.
The burgers are better than the fries.
My kids got the animal fries and they are a worthy option.
