The wings ( the reason I come) are great as usual. The biggest difference from last time I was here is the size.
Use to get the big wings for a good price. Now they have went with a smaller wing ( about the size you get from your local pizza shop) for a little more price wise. It’s disappointing to see this change. If Hooters care they will go back to the larger wings they have always carried.
Service was excellent as usual and the game is always on. And as usual it’s clean!

I stopped by here for lunch recently and had a very pleasant experience. Savannah took great care of me and provided great service. Super friendly! The food & cold beer were as I would expect. A pretty well run location worth visiting.

Next to the hotel and open late. After seeing the reviews I prepare for the worst and hope for the best and it paid off. I came in and the server was very friendly and listen. I told her Its been a long time coming to hooter. I express my concern about getting a sauce that didn’t have butter. As you get older you try to watch what you eat. She offer to bring out sample hot sauce. Food came out hot and fresh. I would come back again.

This hooters is not clean at all, restroom was so bad I had to cover my nose it smelled so bad. We had the wings and shrimp and they tasted like the oil was very old and tasted like it. We ordered a bucket of Busch beer and the waitress came back to tell us they don’t do Busch in buckets but we could do Busch light in a bucket, not sure what is up with that. I will never go back to that hooters again.

Disappointing experience — unclear charges and poor service resolution

I recently visited this Hooters and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.

Food & Menu:
The menu options have decreased quite a bit from what they used to be, and there are no longer any lunch specials. The food itself was average.

Service & Billing Issues:
Our server, Lucy, was friendly for most of the visit, but the experience went downhill when it came time to review our checks.

My friend ordered wings, and Lucy automatically brought two dipping sauces without being asked. We were surprised to see an extra charge for both sauces on the bill. When we questioned it, she said it was “policy,” even though we hadn’t requested extra sauce. She removed the item after aggressively showing her discomfort and constant remarks about her always serving extra and nobody else complaining about the fee.

I ordered a grilled cheese and asked to substitute fries for a side Caesar salad. On the bill, I was charged for the full entrée and a full-size salad. When I asked Lucy for clarity, she got defensive said it was due to “food costs” and made some unnecessary comments about “customers stealing food from my company.”

I asked if I could at least receive the side item that normally comes with the grilled cheese (since I had paid for it), but she refused. She did speak with the manager, but rather than coming out to discuss it, the manager stayed in the back office — which was disappointing, especially since the restaurant wasn’t busy.

Overall:
The lack of clear communication, defensiveness when we raised questions, and refusal to resolve simple billing concerns left a bad impression. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback: clearer policies, better communication, and a manager who is visible and willing to resolve issues would go a long way toward improving the guest experience.

HEADS UP EVERYONE!!! Hooters has changed ownership and let me tell you it’s a HUGE downgrade!! If you love going there for the wings well they’re nothing like they used to be! Oh and fully expected to be charged for any extra sauce! We do love the fact that when we saw we were getting ready to pay $65 dollars for Walmart chicken bites ( the new wings) we were able to leave without paying! Yes I payed for the appetizer and tipped the sweet waitress! Hooters why did you change something that was so good?

No wonder they are going bankrupt. Empty restraunt and not one of the 5 waitress could even be bothered to get us drinks.
To busy in bathroom getting high.
Owner says sorry we missed the mark.
You didn’t miss the mark because you never took the shot.
I’d advise being there in person to fix the issue rather than give me a generic I’m sorry.

I come up often as my daughter works here. Tonight was absolutely terrible. From the terribly unprofessional manager and the rude servers. There were about 11 tables, most had food. 2 of the waitresses were running around like they were slammed. The manager barked orders and yelled from the hot window while waiting on Togos. I was there for about 2 hours with my boys and watched the unprofessional behavior from the manager Heidi and the way the other 2 waitresses Brynna and Abby were treating Ameira. As someone who has been in the service industry for over 25 years that was an absolute embarrassment for the establishment and brand of hooters. If that is what a “Hooters” girl is I’m glad my daughter is ready to be done there. She’s treated terribly, the managers don’t enforce anything and the sections, organization and lack of team work is extremely visible! The foods already gone down hill with the rebrand and the prices went up and the staff needs a serious overall and management needs to actually manage. Sections, take turns with seating, hire a dishwasher and stop having servers do dishes (super unsanitary to serve and do dishes btw) get a hostess bc watching servers race and yell across the restaurant to claim a table was insanely rude.

Amelia (sp?) was nice, polite, prompt, and the wings were good. We got the Daytona sauce. We love that sauce. The wings were a bit slow in arriving but were delicious. We had catching up to do so that was fine.
