While this McDonald’s is one of the better ones in KC, I was highly disappointed in the fish sandwich combo. The fish patty itself is miniscule (slightly bigger than a chicken nugget), what made it worse was paying $19.00 for a combo (drink was lemonade).
I would highly recommend going to Whataburger and getting a Whatacatch fish combo. Good size if fish patty and perfect fries with strawberry lemonade. A way better value at $11.00 .
Culver’s also has an excellent fish sandwich and fries.

Ordered grinch meal on app, when going through drive through there was a sign saying there was no grinch meals. Couldn’t get a receipt, and the girl giving it to me was rude. Overall I think the workers scalp toys and specials. Would love to see corporate do an investigation on this.

We went through drive through and had the BEST service. Phoenix a young man was the best, he was interrupted by a man which seem to be the manager and he was absolutely rude to Phoenix. We told the young man please do not let that bother him and make sure he continues to do the best job that he has done.

Spent 13$ on a big mac meal and this meat patty be looking like a kids meal burger. Never going to this McDonald’s again. The food is never good here

I broke down and went back, and i was not suprised that they forgot my Hashbrown with my order. The worst mcdonalds ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE, always pure disappointment.

Well, here we are again. This place absolutely sucks. Ordered a #9 with a large coke, lady at the window tried to give me an ice tea, took it back and gave me a DIET coke. I tried with this place but it’s just absolutely terrible. Pure disappointment EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whoever is in charge of this store is neglecting it and letting it go to shit. Taking back my 1 star.

Slow, chaotic, frustrating . I wanted a different lunch choice, different than my usual meal. Well McDonald’s is where I landed. Bad mistake. Lesson learned. Whatever happened to having a person at the register taking care of customers? No one, I mean nobody was tending to the customer. Multi task all you want, but customer at the counter is first.

This is the worst Mc Donald’s I have ever ate at. The fry’s are stale and oversalted, the drinks are flat, and I received the most sketchy quarter ponder I have ever seen. The only redeeming quality this place had was the lemonade. I I’m usually nice about fast food restaurants but this place was slow and uninviting. The people that work here didn’t seem to care.

*Rating compared to other McDonalds*
Pros:
1) Relatively clean interior, minus a few tables that no one had gotten to cleaning
2) Basically had all you would want in service (employees seem nice)
Cons:
1) Self kiosks direct you to grab a “table tent” (aka table number) before placing an order – however, no such objects existed. So we just made up a number which worked since no one else was eating here at 7 pm
2) Soda on the weaker side (probably set to a lower amount of syrup than other places)

We decided to eat inside and to our surprise there were 3 different homeless people SLEEPING on the table and laying down in the chairs! The smell is terrible.

Went here to pick up my meal for my family and they literally forgot the meal AFTER having us pull up to the window. Do not come here unless you’re bored and feel like sitting there like an idiot for thirty minutes.
