Horrible service!!
Should have looked at reviews first would never have given this location a 1st look!
I looked at the reviews and it basically was just like mine.
Owner’s need to clean house and start from scratch with a whole new TEAM with great personality’s.
The old; older woman was rude very unfriendly.
I asked her if she could bring my biscuit and gravy as my food was cold. She looked at me said nothing!
I usually tip very well I did tip which I was hesitant. She greeted other customers differently. I noticed she picked and chose who she wanted to say what to and how. It should be the same treatment for ALL customers.
I have been to several Waffle House this is the worst yet!

This restaurant has been recently rebuilt. We visited on December 1, 2018. The store was very clean and even though the dining area is a little smaller now, it still has ample space and my service animal and I were able to comfortably move around and get seated out of the way of other patrons. The staff was very friendly, and attentive. Our waitress checked back with us often to make sure we had what we needed. The coffee was very good. I had a waffle, two eggs over well and sausage. It was a splendid meal to start off our day of errands. I also want to add that the staff seemed to be familiar with service animal rules. After a customer complained about “having to eat in a barn”, the associate he spoke to told him plainly that my animal was a service animal and was allowed inside with me. We will visit again soon!

Not anything like it used to be, not a very friendly staff , NOTHING likethe old waffle house. Decent food , not worth what was paid . I guess good in a pinch/ late-night when nothing else is open.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Waffle House today My friend and I came in and placed a simple order for hash browns and two waters Our waitress a woman whose name I unfortunately do not recall only brought one water When I politely asked for a soda instead she rolled her eyes and made an impatient hand gesture as if trying to rush me rather than simply asking which soda I preferred
Additionally every time I said thank you she did not respond with a you’re welcome or any acknowledgment which I find to be basic courtesy in customer service This is not the first time I have experienced poor service from this same waitress and it has become a pattern
Because of this repeated negative experience my friend and I have decided to avoid returning to this location going forward I am providing this feedback in the hope that the issue can be addressed so future customers do not encounter the same treatment

The third shift crew was fantastic, and was so awesome, friendly, and hilarious. We belt out songs and they kept us cracking up! Every one of them deserves a raise! Always loved the food and the atmosphere is super chill; like feeling like you’re at fine dining when you go in. Thank you waffle house staff for making our evening special!
