It has been a while since we have been to Bob Evans. Dining room was clean, the hostess and waiter were personable and attentive. Drinks came out promptly and the food was served fresh and hot. It was not left under a heat lamp to dry out. We will be back for sure.

I’ll start by saying I pass a few other Bob Evans locations to get to this one. The wait staff is great and they are pretty good at getting your food out to you as soon as it is ready. I always get the farmers double meat with sausage links, French toast, scrambled eggs, and hash browns. The only complaint I have about their food is that their hash browns are just ok. Don’t go there expecting waffle house hash browns…
That being said this is my #1 place to go for breakfast.

Very Disappointed in the meal I purchased for my husband for Thanksgiving. He is in a nursing home and was looking forward to a “home cooked” meal. When I got to the nursing home there were no utensils, no butter for the rolls, no gravy for the potatoes and no whipped cream on the pumpkin pie. I know you were busy, but these items are basic in order to enjoy the meal you worked hard to prepare. I believe you can do better.

Had lunch here today with a group of 6. I had the rise and shine breakfast and hot chocolate. My meal was good, although I ask for wheat toast, but got white. I didn’t send it back because it wasn’t a big deal to me. My eggs were scrambled with cheddar perfect. I’ve had better bacon, but I’ve had worse. We were there for breakfast and I have to say it was just okay. The chicken fried steak is just your typical frozen pattie. My hash browns were cold, the pancakes were nothing special just basic pancakes, I did see they offered a buttermilk pancake maybe we should have tried that one.

If you want home cooked meal away from home then this is the place. Food is fresh and delicious. Service is fantastic. I’m staying in Homewoos suites so be able to walk over in less then a minute is also a bonus.

The food here has been fantastic the times we stop here to eat prior to heading off to work trips. The place is clean and wait-staff are kind and fast to help.
But.
To sit down and hear a small group of staff outright bully another member of staff that was coming in to cover a missing waitress, including going as far as saying “If she does anything to annoy me, I am just taking a sick day” is just… un-empathetic. Mind you. This was done loud enough the whole restaurant could hear over the morning music.
