Stopped in to check out the new Harmony Square and had lunch at the patio upstairs. Great atmosphere with various seating. Large bar as well to enjoy just cocktails. Good menu and food. Plenty of great beverages as well. Service was stellar with Haley!

I wanted to share an experience with a delivery driver. She is absolutely wonderful and deserves praise for going out of her way for me . I had unexpected car issue, car is in shop and all I had was cash, card is tied up with work on vehicle. When I asked for change and she didn’t have the exact amount to break, she ran to her vehicle and on return she didn’t have the amount to break and told me to keep the entire tip and then I told her to keep the entire amount. We politely went back and forth insisting kindly but she was so considerate ,I wouldn’t have that . If id had more, I’d have given more so I went through my wallet and grabbed laundry quarters to make sure we could make it work without singles. I wasn’t letting her leave without a tip. She deserved more than I had and I will make it up soon as I can. I asked her name so I could mention it to her boss but to protect her privacy, I won’t. She said she’s the only female driver so hopefully Durbins knows who I’m referring to. This young lady is outstanding and she delivered our pizza with care so I could feed my hungry 10 year old. Please give her special recognition. I work in customer service and it’s not easy. She is a gem.

Food was standard American fare , we had some fried calamari was way overcooked but the manager took it off the bill. The Reuben was good as were the wings. The patio on the second floor is a great way to eat outside . If you want a quick decent meal it’s a decent place to go.

Food was good, atmosphere was great. Only issue was the waitress basically ignored us the entire time. Always had to ask to be served, she never checked up on us. Had to ask for silverware, we would have ordered more drinks but she never checked up on us and we were sitting at the bar, she was literally 5 feet from us the entire time. No excuse for that type of service. Finally just asked for the check and went to a different bar.

Really good Location however we went here for the Super Bowl with friends and overall I woulda rather stayed home. There are definitely not enough Big size TVs or screens to be watching major sport events at this location. The food was OK. They did provide a lot of options including appetizers and main meal items. Our wait Staff was good and kept brining drinks. However, the drinks were poured very light And they were not open to suggestions, like just adding Less mix with the same amount of alcohol, and in a smaller glass. They had two different raffles that were included in your wristband. One was for T-shirt, Cozies, A couple signs, Hats, The golf bag, etc. The other raffle was advertised as Raffling off four 65 inch TVs, but they only Raffled off two. Many people were complaining and the response from the manager was: There wasn’t enough people for them to Raffle off the other two. However, their advertisement did not indicate the raffle being based on a total amount of people at their event. And this was very bad customer service due to the false advertisement that brought us into their establishment for this event with the promise of possibly winning. Will not go back.

Went to a baby shower in a private room. The service was great. The food was delicious and the Bloody Mary’s were amazing! I would definitely consider having an event there. Will absolutely be going back soon.

Stop in the actual new restaurant quite a bit. Servers are always good. Tommy is always around and helps out when he can. Stopped in on 6/30/25 and servers were busy but ours was very distant and removed. Only wanted our CC for the bill. We saw personal food left in the fridges where our drinks were coming from. Very unsanitary. Location is overall A+ but today was a D.
Returned 7/21/25 and the food was good but the condiments were filled with mold. Servers addressed it but still should be cleaned beforehand.

First time at Durban’s. I had amazing service nehi was our server knowing how busy it was with last music in the park. Suggested the Kelly special. As she recommended the durbins combo which has everything little thing that you could try and as busy as it was with those legs how fast she moves. Never had to ask for anything and suggested the vibe drinks and they were amazing. We will definitely be back to see nehi only. And she really does rock. You are blessed to have her working for you.

Last night I had a surprise birthday party for my sister‘s 60th birthday and from the moment I called to make the reservation until the finish of the party. Everything was pitch. Perfect Brandon was our server. He outdid himself. He is full of life full of laughter and he joined in and he was extremely on task all night long. We were dotted over all night long by the two managers and by Brandon, who took very good care of us. They had our food hot exactly at the time that we wanted. The place was jampacked and they never forgot us. We couldn’t have been more appreciative of the hospitality and the friendliness of the staff That was at Durban‘s on one of their busiest nights a big shout out to everyone there for helping make my sister’s 60th birthday a big bash, blessings, and gratitude to all.

Went there thinking it was going to be great which everything was until i ordered a pizza explaining to my waitress NEHAYA that i hated thin pizza when i received it, it was paper thin she sent it back explaining to them that it needed to be thicker and I waited and when i got the pizza it was the same one at that point im extremely pissed she apologized ( which is not her fault) I didn’t eat it a mgr never came out seeing that we had an issue, just very disappointed! Wouldn’t recommend Durbins to anyone! When you go out and pay for a meal and a beer you expect what you are requesting
