The worst jumbo jacks I’ve ever gotten they both had ONE small tomato one small leaf of lettuce and 3 tiny pieces of onion I asked for no pickles and there was pickles on mine there was more bread then anything!! Very disappointed!!!

During lunch, the wait time is almost close to none. Food is always hot and fresh and so yummy! This has always been my go to location for Jack in the Box.
I was recently obsessed with their new breakfast scramble (I think that’s what it was called). They don’t have it on the menu anymore and I’m sad, they need to add this to the everyday menu, it was absolutely divine.

I have been to this location for years, the only times I have had a bad experience is when a specific employee works there. He obviously hates his job, one time there was food missing and this time there was a hair on the food. The only reason I wouldn’t call to get it corrected is because I’m afraid to get my food spat on. Also, I always get milkshake at this time but when he is there the machine is down! Shopped at 1am on 12/31/25.

update today I picked up an order from this Jack in the box and this person ordered for combo meals and somehow I knew not all the items were there. Luckily I opened up the bag and checked and went back into the restaurant and said this is the reason why bus drivers are accused of stealing food out of these people’s bags because you don’t put all the items in there. It’s not rocket science that you only put in one hash brown not four. I have never ate a customer’s food. Shame on you. This place is really clean. They have the bathroom’s blocked off but you can go on and order they are very efficient and fast for a Drive-Thru or going in .

These are the cars of the people working in the store that, pretending to give you your card back, then somehow find it under the register machine after 20 minutes after arguing where is my card, and they pretending that they gave it to you. One male and 2 female that are doing it, please be aware so they don’t take your information.

Came here after trying to get McD butt they had massive lines (even with 2 lanes)
Jack-in-the-box had a few cars, but the line had flow . We got served quickly and order was correct as well as all the food appeared fresh (and not just held under a hotlight made from earlier lol.)
Went here again in thw late night for a quick 2taco . Again cars but line moved very fast.
Good service and clean inside too.
Could use some new drive thru signage but a good facility non the less.

I recently had surgery so I sent my boyfriend to buy me a salad from Jack in the Box because that’s the place the I like to get salads.
Anyway, I told my boyfriend to make sure is grilled chicken and not the frozen pieces they just throw on top of it.
Well he ordered a grilled chicken salad and made sure to let the person in the drive-thru he wanted the cooked chicken he didn’t check the order got home and I’m mad when I see this obviously lol this is my first real meal after a week of recovery and not been able to eat much.
This is the 2nd time unfortunately this has happened I don’t know about you guys but if I wanted this type of salad I just go to Walmart and buy one.
Please stop using this type of chicken is nasty!!!

Not great at all, they were slow the last few times my curly fries were like way overcooked, ( so were the nuggets ) the consistency is just gone down here from my last few visits! not a knock on jack in the box at all the clearwater location is much better ill just drive the extra to get my jack fix there instead
edit: so i went back and it seemed much better, fries were cooked well enough and burger was tasty, giving it 3 stars now if its the same the next time ill change it again.
