I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this Chipotle location. I love Chipotle and eat it often, but this is by far the worst location I have ever been to, and it has reached a point where I feel compelled to say something.
The portion sizes are consistently unacceptable. One particular employee(the blond girl) is incredibly stingy, giving half scoops of nearly everything, which is frustrating and embarrassing as a paying customer. It feels intentional, and it completely ruins the experience. She also always seems to have an attitude for no good cause. She was working at around 5:20 December 31.
The bigger issue, however, is the food quality, especially the chicken. It is either undercooked, full of gristle, burnt, or some unpleasant combination of all three. Biting into tough, chewy gristle over and over again is disgusting and unacceptable for a restaurant charging these prices. Also, the fajita veggies always end up extremely burnt.
Management is clearly part of the problem. This location feels completely mismanaged. I have walked in multiple times to find the staff acting like they are at a party—music blasting, people yelling, zero sense of professionalism or organization. It does not feel like a restaurant being run properly at all.
This is the only Chipotle location I have ever experienced that has gotten this bad, and it is incredibly disappointing because I genuinely like the brand. At the rate this location is going, it feels like it is headed for complete failure unless serious changes are made.
This store needs new management, better training, and immediate attention to food quality and customer service. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Why is this place ALWAYS so filthy gross? The soda machine was pouring water, they said it’s ok. The line was filthy. All the tables were gross. Glad I don’t have a food allergy. Anyway food was regular Chipotle quality, I just cant get over how dirty it is in there.

There had to have been at least 15 workers. When I started my order, I was asked white or brown rice, I said brown… But there were only 2 things of rice and both were white. There was only 3 options for meat and the special order one that cOst 2$ more was the one I unintentionally picked. It was uncomfortablly hot and packed flavor. 15$ later…

One of the worst chipotle I have ever been …the guy who was folding our burrito …he didnot even know how to wrap a burrito too ….he was using three foil paper just to wrap one burrito and all the condiments and the filling is outside the wrapper too …we can eat our burrito as the way it was served so we had to throw all of it . Really pissed from the service of chipotle of this location . Never going back again this location and don’t recommend anyone to go .

I am standing in line as I write this review and have been standing in line for 32 minutes at 12:50pm on a Saturday and there are still 9 people in front of me. I love chipotle, good food at a reasonable price that doesn’t take long. Yet this visit will take 45 ‘inures at least before I even order and pay for my food. This is UNACCEPTABLE. You whole business model is based on fast service. This location is absolutely failing and I won’t be back. So disappointing.

Horrible experience at the Chipotlein Bozeman Mt . I don’t get rice in my burrito because its just too many added carbs and I love veggies so there is more room for them. It was early when I visited this particular Chipotle. They said they were out of sautéed veggies ‘for now’? What is that supposed to mean? Then ‘there was no sour cream’? How do you expect people to be satisfied when you are not even past dinner. Also, I go to Chipotle everywhere I visit. This is the only one ever that was being stingy with their portions. It was my mom’s first time at Chipotle. What a disappointment .
