We came in on Valentine’s Day and it was our first time at the Melting Pot. Hannah was our server and she was very attentive and personable. Gave us suggestions for drinks and meal choices and they were spot on. When we come back we will definitely be requesting her!

We had birthday lunch at the Melting Pot in Buffalo- everything was delicious but the chocolate in the dessert portion of our lunch was next level- highly recommend the candy bar option. We both agreed that we were not going to wait for a special occasion to go back for the chocolate fondue! Our server Tommy was very attentive and engaging- overall great afternoon!

We celebrated our wedding dinner here with our families and both the food and customer service were above and beyond!
Jim, the owner, set us up with our own private dining room and three burners for our fondue pots. He came around to check on us a lot and checked our burner, which we really appreciated!
Our waitress, Savannah, was absolutely amazing! She made sure we each got lots of fondue pots, kept track of who wanted what (fondue, broth and food-wise) and was super kind, attentive and just an absolute gem. There were 11 of us so the orders were understandably complicated, and she did a flawless job making sure everything went smoothly.
The staff as a whole also went above and beyond with gestures to help us celebrate and really make the night unforgettable! A picture of all of us put into a card, two Melting Pot wine glasses and a separate “Thank you for celebrating with us” card were all given to me and my husband to take home. On top of that, they decorated a plate with icing and images to say “Just Married.” It was beyond amazing!
The food itself was stellar as always. We’ve gone to other Melting Pot locations and were so happy to have the Wisconsin Cheddar, Loaded Baked Potato and Alpine Cheddar fondues, Court Bouillon and Coq Au Vin broths, and the Flaming Turtle and Yin Yang dessert fondues! We got a spread of food items and salads to enjoy straight up or cook together. We feasted like kings and queens!
We wanted to thank everyone at the Melting Pot for their amazing service, food, and how they all went the extra mile to make our night truly special. I highly recommend this location for your next family get-together or big celebratory meal!

We had the most amazing Valentine’s Day at The Melting Pot, and Taylor truly made the entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly kind. She took the time to explain everything, made thoughtful recommendations, and checked in on us without ever interrupting the flow of our evening.

Me and my boyfriend came here for our 3 year anniversary, and we had an amazing time. Despite some people I asked saying it was on the pricier side and not worth it, we felt like it was definitely worth it, everything we had was so delicious. As well as our server Caroline was very sweet and made our night feel special! Definitely recommend for a special date night!!

Melting pot is a great spot for anniversaries or special events. We got a lot of privacy and comfort for my boyfriend’s and I’s anniversary. Very unique and fun experience. You get a cheese, cooking broth, and chocolate fondue course. Can get pricey but worth it for a once in awhile thing.

Izzy was a great server! Came here for my anniversary and got super cute “happy anniversary” plate with a treat and congratulations from several staff members. As a queer couple, this isn’t always acknowledged at restaurants, even when specified when making a reservation. Also enjoyed the vegan four course meal and it was fantastic!

We had Emilia, it was our first experience here for my husband and is birthdays and celebrating hitting 30w in our pregnancy. The food was phenomenal and her service was amazing and she was a great conversationalist. Explained things well and made the experience much better! The atmosphere was quiet even with people around their conversations couldn’t be heard. Very clean and the manager even came over to speak to us which was nice as well! Overall 10/10 will definitely be back for more events!:)

we came in just after christmas, we had never had a fondue before! we had the potato, bacon, cheddar cheese to start then the caribbean for the main and the classic chocolate for dessert… everything was absolutely delicious!! our server hannah was also the best! honestly, she was just as amazing as our food was. she was fast, incredibly accommodating and her personality made the experience that much better!
i am from alberta, canada and my husband is from upstate ny so this was a special night for us as i was visiting him for christmas and we were in town for a bill game!
we would definitely be back, not only for a lovely, romantic dinner date but because we had hannah as someone who shared our evening with us!
