Just left here and had a mobile order. The lady on the speaker was nice. The lady that gave me my receipt didn’t even say anything at all and I greeted her. She just handed me my receipt and closed the window. Then the guy that hands me my food just says “here” and hands it out the window to me. Nothing else or anything. They opened the drive thru window to hand me my food and it smelled like they were standing 5 feet from the window inside smoking weed. It was super strong. This Wendy’s used to be the best one in town hands down, now it’s one of the worst one around.

I come through this location often, and I am usually not the type to leave a bad review, but after leaving the drive through tonight I couldn’t let this one slide.
The lady running the cash machine at the first window didn’t greet me at all, had a snippy attitude, no smile, and seemingly hated her job.
The young man at the second window bursted out of the window and placed the bag of food right in my face (maybe that’s the ‘bad attitude cash registers girl’ boyfriend or friend)
He was halfway out of the service window-damn near in my truck.
This was a horrible experience. All of this being said, I will not be returning to this specific location for quite some time.
I want to add, the food was still warm, delicious, and speedy.
Lastly, The manager who answered the phone when I called after this interaction was very kind and seemed genuinely upset regarding my experience this evening.
A+ for her!

I went at noon, the employees are rude, they don’t want to serve you and by the way, they made the hamburger horribly but I never came back, really the food is garbage and the employees are worse, they are racists.

Fast, friendly, serviceable food. Stopped by here twice in the last couple of days for a meal on the go. Both occasions have been fairly pleasant. The food was done pretty good and quite delicious. Nice visits.

This was the worst wendys i have been to. The bathroom had a light out over the stall. The urinal was a kid one. The soap dispenser was broken. The womams bathroom had a broken toilet paper dispenser. Floor was wet. The soda machines were empty of almost every flavor.

Just went through the drive thru at this location. Maybe they are understaffed because it was backed up. Would not have been a problem (Wendy’s is known for making food fresh to order) except we pulled away and got a couple of minutes down the road and realized they failed to give us our burger. We are on a tight schedule and didn’t want to waste time going back to complain, so tried calling to request a refund and no one answers the phone.
