I highly recommend here in Kentucky
The food is rich in flavor, i have tried high end indian restaurants, i put this one with Pleasure with 5 star service and price wise
Actually it’s great enough that it is so clean and you could see the plates streak-free.
We were seated and our drink orders were taken and immediately even though we obviously had not looked at our menu were asked if we were ready to order. We politely declined and were told he would be back. We then waited approximately 15 min for the waiter to return and when he did he asked “are you ready to order?”. We said we were, he said ok and to our astonishment he collected the menus and immediately departed. We were befuddled. Soon the waiter returned and we believed he would take our order then, instead he handed us dinner plates and rushed off. My wife began laughing, we were floored. We both found the exchange incredibly amusing at first. But then after a lengthy time passed we could tell he was not going to return for our order. We then began looking for him and trying to get his attention. Thank God for Jason. Jason who wasn’t assigned to her table happened by and asked if we were doing ok, we explained what happened and he immediately took our order and made sure we were taken care of. I’m still amused by when I review I won’t give more stars because it’s a bad experience I will never forget. But you do get more for Jason. So, I enjoyed the food myself but my wife found it to be subpar for her tastes. As stated the place was clean and looked very high brow. And the service gets a huge bump simply because of Jason.
My favorite is the Vegetable Tikka Masala (medium heat) with an order of garlic naan. My partner gets the Shrimp Tikka Masala (med, as well).
I can’t sing their praises enough!
One of the highlights is their Indian-style tea—rich, aromatic, and just what you need for a refreshing break. And don’t miss the garma garam gulab jamun; it’s the perfect sweet treat to end your meal on a high note.
The location is extremely convenient, right off the highway, making it an easy and quick stop for travelers. Plus, they offer free parking, which is always a bonus. Whether you’re on a road trip or just passing through, this place is definitely worth a visit!
We were disappointed by the bar experience. We inquired about a basic Old Fashioned cocktail — not on the menu, and surprisingly, not available. That response didn’t inspire confidence, so we settled for Flying Horse beer instead. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the atmosphere. We ordered a chicken appetizer and veggie pakoras, both of which were bland and underwhelming. When we asked our server, Aditya, for a spicy chutney, he mentioned they didn’t have any — surprising for an Indian restaurant. He first brought raw green chilies, then eventually some siracha hot sauce. Service was friendly and the team was polite, but the food and bar offerings didn’t meet expectations. With such underwhelming food and limited bar options, we didn’t feel confident moving forward with a main course and decided to walk out. While the service was polite and the ambiance lovely, the overall experience was disappointing and left much to be desired.
