I work in the food industry and usually keep complaints to myself but this experience was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in my life. Upon walking in the door we weren’t welcomed, no hello by the hosts, no warm greeting, not even a smile. Just “how many?” Had us standing at the door with no communication, a simple “we are getting a table ready for you” would have been more than enough. We made it to table and will note that the dining room was a pleasant atmosphere and was very clean.
Our server came by and dryly asked what drinks we wanted and walked away. I wanted to share that we were celebrating someone this evening but we barely got more than 5 words from the guy. Drinks ran empty with our server nowhere in sight, the server didn’t take one single plate or cup off of our table the entire time, which piled up quite fast for 6 people with multiple courses, so we started unfortunately piling plates on a table next to us just so we could have some room.
Food came out, all wrong but the children were losing patience so we all just ate what we could. One burger was nearly raw, another one burned to a crisp, and our sides were incorrect as well.
Headed to the bathroom and before I could even pass the bar, the worst smell imaginable was emulating from the restrooms. Opened the door and to my surprise, was a sink full of vomit and feces on the floor. I hope that’s not in our future after eating there. Ended up walking right out of there and was looking for someone to notify about the conditions of the restrooms but there was no manager available.
Hesitantly ordered desserts, they came out looking amazing, however the browning in the sundae tasted freezer burned and microwaved. Payed the check and still tipped our server 25% even though it definitely wasn’t earned. I’m sad because we drove quite a bit to come to a Ruby Tuesday’s that’s still open, had such fond memories of the food, salad bar, and great times. Not anymore.
I’d like to think that this was a one off type of experience, but we don’t see ourselves making the hour trip back here again.

First time eating here, food was good as well as the service and overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Portion sizes should be bigger those two pieces of chicken are ridiculously small. The menu picture did show they were small to be fair, but they still should be bigger or reduce the price.

Delicious food but portion sizes are way too small. I’m a 6ft tall 150lb guy and I can’t fill my stomach with one dish. But if you prefer good quality food over portion size this is the place to go.

We’re back in less than three months, at the request of my son for the catfish. We were so happy to be sat with Kayla again!!!! She’s the absolute best and saved us from ordering the non happy hour margaritas!!! $3 margaritas, what???? My mom and I ordered the scallops and shrimp. It was so good!!! Ruby Tuesday has completely stepped their game up and I’m a believer again!!!

Came here after my son’s basketball championship game and the service couldn’t have been any better! The food was hot, fresh, absolutely delicious, and came out quickly. Everything exceeded our expectations.
Maeve and her Manager were greatest and made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant — stop by, you won’t be disappointed!

We eat here every Friday night and are always pleased with the food and service. Salad bar I always stocked and fresh. Kayla is usually out waitress and she is amazing! Very attentive and kind. I would highly recommend this Ruby Tuesdays and Kayla!

I had a delightful time at Ruby Tuesday. It was my first time ever and yes, delightful. The food hit the spot, the vibes were relaxed, and everything came out just right. But the real MVP of the evening was our server, David.
David was friendly without hovering, funny without trying too hard, and somehow always appeared exactly when we needed something (I suspect magic). Drinks stayed full, food arrived hot, and he made the whole experience feel easy and fun like dining with a very professional, very efficient friend.
All in all, great food, great service, and a reminder that Ruby Tuesday can still absolutely deliver. If you go, ask for David you’ll leave fed, happy, and possibly wondering if he clones himself to cover all those tables.

My family and I decided to go to our neighborhood Ruby Tuesday’s tonight. Its been a while since we were last there. They have a new look inside which is bright and modern. The restaurant salad bar is still there which was great and was kept neat and clean. The hostess was very welcoming and our server, Joel, was wonderful. He was very attentive and made sure everything was to our liking. Also the food was great. We will definitely be back!
