Terrible experience. On our way home from a tournament, only order 2 cheese sticks and 2 drinks. No ranch. Waited an hour and they kept telling us its on its way. Only one waitress, management needs to do better. Would have drove away but $18xx for cheese sticks is steep and we just wanted something for our daughter on her way home. Ridiculous service. Do not come to this Sonic in Palestine!!!!

This is my 3rd time going to this location. First visit for Togo was fine. Second visit was also fine. This last visit tonight, was interesting. I ordered 2 double smash pretzel bacon burgers. I added pickles which one had no pickles and the other had just one slice. I ordered a coco berry cream drink which is a sprite and isn’t a slushy. I received a strawberries and cream slushy. Like I said, I ordered 2 combos, I only received 1 box of fries for the combos. It didn’t seem like she knew her menu either. I shouldn’t have had to of paid almost $30 for my order to be this wrong.

There never seems to be anyone working. I use the mobile app every time I order in advance, but still have to wait 10+ minutes for a DRINK while watching a worker sitting in there butt enjoying they’re drink and food. While the drive up customers get served first. Will be speaking to a manager!

There was a worker standing in doorway screaming at a male customer when we pulled up… My cherry dr pepper was lacking carbonation, and i took a photo of my burger. At least the onion rings rocked. Photos r exactly how it looked. Icky huh?

20 Years ago sonic used to put toothpicks in their footlongs to keep the chili and cheese from sticking to the top of the wrapper,I realize that people are too stupid to keep from biting into the toothpicks so we end up with less chili and cheese on the footlongs to try and keep them pretty but it still ends up stuck to the wrapper. I don’t blame this sonic but sonic itself…. it’s been 20+years, can we figure this out already… I rarely order them anymore because of it being skimpy on the chili/cheese…. they were made better in the 90’s,js
