Wow. We won’t be back here. spent 35 bucks for them to short us 3 specialized taco and burritos then I get to my cheese quesadilla and it looks like this ON top of not having anything in it!!!!!!!!!! Didn’t even call them obviously they don’t care

I on thee other hand found this place to be no different then any other drive throu time I’ve had worse else where but what I can say is I drive 15 mins away to come to this place because the quality is spot on …The beans are not hard or old their fresh and I was in and out..what I will say is that easy on the extra condiments in the bag nice gesture but an expensive cost..just ask them how many or go with the policy per item.

Visited on Wednesday, July 16 around 8pm with my 10-year-old daughter. The dining room was nearly empty except for a man drinking a gas station soda. Only three employees were working—two teenage boys and one young woman (who was the only one acting professionally).
One of the male employees was blasting vulgar music from a personal speaker. The lyrics included the N-word, F-word, and other offensive language—completely inappropriate in a public setting, especially with children present.
Then his group of friends came in. He gave them free drinks and food while they hung out loudly in the lobby. One of them had a shirt with a giant F-word across the front. It felt more like a hangout spot for teenagers than a place of business.
Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Embarrassing, honestly. I won’t be returning.

Avoid this store, they handed my order out to the wrong person apparently and then wouldn’t give my order to my Dasher. On top of all that the manager found it acceptable to cuss me out on the phone and hang up on me. Crazy work that they would go through all that instead of just remaking the order for the proper person.

Everything was horrible and items were forgotten. My 5 layer burrito was not put together correctly and everything else was so sloppy. I tried to call to have them redo the stuff and the phone line was disconnected. I tried to go in to have them fix it because the drive thru was 15 cars long and if I waited my family’s food would have gotten cold but the doors were locked. Pevely and Festus taco bell are truly the worst.

I came here after work n they were so friendly n the good was fresh and good. I first tried to go McDonald’s but nobody ever came to take my order so I came here instead which I shoulda just came here in the first place. Great service. I’ll definitely make it a point to stop at this Taco Bell on my way home from work now.

Pretty bad when you’re employees lie. Because they’re too lazy to give you mild Sauce.So they tell you that they’re out of it. as you leave the drive through, you can look into Window and see that they have a whole container of it. Wow, too lazy to bend over to grab mild sauce. Nice .

Yet another place hiring less than acceptable team members. Regardless of the far less than “average” customer service from the drive thru worker I received crusty refried beans as a side. I know from previous visits this is not how the beans are to be prepared and presented. The other food received was also unappetizing and just disappointing. It’s as if the simplest of things are too inconvenient for these workers. Please learn to do better management and the people working here need shaping up. This isn’t the first bad experience i’ve heard of from this location. But it was my first bad experience and it was previously a great Taco Bell. Whoever these new workers are need a wake up call. It can’t be that hard to do a simple job even if it takes slightly longer.

Came through the drive through and all the young lady’s on shift were kind, interactive and helpful. Was a rather decent sized order and was impressed by the speed of the employees. Not a single crack in the taco shells, portioned correctly, the whole nine yards. All in all a great place to go if you have a craving! It was Tuesday the 4th, props to all who were on shift. My McDonalds doesn’t even have that kind of speed lol.
