I have to wonder why my food would not be hot & fresh after I was made to pull up past the drive thru & wait for my order. Braums has a solid product & usually really top notch service. I would hope that in the future the food would be in better condition for folks that are going to wait outside of your drive thru for their order.

Kind of a unique concept. Mini-grocery store and fast food restaurant all in one. They have everything you need in a one stop shop. The ice cream was great and it was DIRT CHEAP! They have a large dining room and drive through. Highly recommend for a quick snack!

Rude staff. Food was not fresh. Skimpy with sauce, won’t let you buy more. Then send you on your way with 2 half full cups. I find that ridiculous when ordering a Large meal. Not to mention my food was cold despite having 3 cars ahead of me.

Ice cream as good as always but dang the customer service is extremely rude in drive thru, specifically the younger females that work there. Rush rush rush on the drive order. Rude. Interrupting with anything else or is that it, not giving time to complete an order. Need to do better

9/21 visited again. 9pm and the drive thru order taker extremely rude and rushed me. Clearly this establishment doesn’t know how to train or manage their employees

The food tastes good. Our order was wrong on both sandwiches. My husband asked for no tomato and got tomato. I paid for a double jr cheeseburger and got a single. The condiment area is swarming with gnats and the brains sauce dispenser doesn’t work. They did fix our right away with no complaining and very kind.

Went with my mom and it was straight buns. They told my mom they could make something, then proceeded to tell her she couldn’t have it when they gave her the wrong item at the window. My cherry limeade was sprite with extra lime, everything was bad. Especially the service!!

Last visit was 4/2/23. I don’t plan to be back. I visited the S Rock Rd location in Wichita and got three meals, all with burgers. All three burgers were raw. It was kind of later in the evening…after 8pm. I called when I got home and talked with one of the two shift managers on duty, Renee. I was told I could bring in my raw burgers for replacements. I declined to do that because I didn’t see the point in driving back in to only get 3 more raw burgers. I chose to keep the receipt and get three replacement meals within one week. I was told that my name would be added to “the book” ‘right now’ (before she forgot) so it was documented for replacement when I returned. When I returned, I was told by Starr that my name was not in written down in “the book” and I misplaced my receipt. I was turned away because I lacked the receipt with the order, so she knew what to replace. It DID NOT matter that I used my debit card and was able to show that information was used at that location a few days prior, with the amount of the transaction and showed this information to Starr. Starr even admitted that the girl that was working the grill that night quit because the pressure was too great for her. Unfortunately, the GM was not working this particular night either. I’ve left multiple messages for the GM that were never returned within two weeks of this incident. So, I feel like they “stole” my money too. I plan to never return as this incident remains unresolved. Just for reference, tracking my card number for that date of service would tell the merchant what I ordered for replacement by pulling up the entire order, which I tried to explain to Starr. She didn’t care and made no apologies.

Since these are not in the vast majority of Texas and I don’t want to drive 5 hrs to go to one I save for when I go visit family around here. Love the vibe this place has and the ice cream plus the fries is amazing!! Can’t wait to get more of this place down the line
