Every night I go to this restaurant between 8 pm and 10 pm because it’s one of my favorites due to its fresh food, cleanliness, and friendly service. But last night was different. The manager on duty was very rude; she spoke very harshly to the employees and treated them as if they were inferior because they were employees and she was the manager. Please do something about this because it will negatively impact the restaurant’s reputation. This shouldn’t happen; we shouldn’t mistreat employees.

My fries are never hot but every thing else is great but if I could make a suggestion that second drive thru window they need to take a power washer to the bottom of that window area it looks horrible on the outside

Called to ask if my gravy could be packaged separately from my biscuit and they refused. That is poor customer service and not a good look for your restaurant. Won’t be coming to this one again I’ll go to the other one in Franklin or Springboro!

Closed early over the lightest dusting of snow (the only reason I can fathom anyhow, just assuming), left their order screens on, and still had employees standing in the window (doing absolutely nothing), so I had to go through a whole corporate phone call just to get my order refunded. Because, of course, they left their online ordering systems on too. Which is funny because when I worked at McDonalds, we were always open no matter how severe the weather, and this was nothing!

I wouldn’t normally review McDonald’s, because fast food, comes with certain issues. However, it was my first time using the app, went well on my end, waited for longer than I should have, I expected a tray to be brought to my table as I requested. They did not, it was in a bag and she just hollered my table number. Fine, whatever. My sandwich wasn’t correct, I ate it anyway, because the woman behind the counter berating all of the employees, and actually telling one of them that she doesn’t have time for her and to figure it out herself. In the midst of it all she issued a refund for someone who never received their mobile order, and everyone in the lobby was disgusted by her behavior towards her employees and customers. I had not been inside this location in some time, it was disappointing to say the least.

It’s rare to come across good service nowadays. This is what I received today from this establishment and the young lady manning the drive-thru was welcoming. Cherry on top, my apple pie was made fresh. I’ll visit again when passing through town.

This is my 3rd time ever reviewing this specific McDonald’s. Once in 2013, the second time was after the remodel, and now on May 16, 2025. I just wanted to give a shout out to the second shift supervisor or manager on duty, the McDonald’s app i usually use to avoid having to talk too much was messing up and she quickly and graciously helped me work around the problem and get my order in. Then, just minutes later, my food came hot and properly prepared! gave me reminders of when I got McDonald’s as a kid and how good it was back then. I will be returning to this McDonald’s and I recommend anyone else reading this do likewise for a quick bite to eat.

Doors were locked at 6:30am employee on duty did not know this somehow. Lobby was filthy. We were the first ones in for the day mind u
