We have patronized this Taco Bell for over 20 years. We used to buy taco salads there about once a week for decades.
After the taco salads were removed from the menu, we would stop by from time to time and to get a couple double-decker tacos for me and a couple bean and cheese burritos for her.
Taco Bell then removed the double decker taco from their menu. One would think that they had the skill to make me one anyway.
I would politely ask them to make me one and tell them how it is made if they don’t know already.
I was told that I could order a double stacker, sub bean (for the Nacho Cheese sauce), hold the fiesta chips.
Friday the lady who took my order obviously didn’t understand my request and proved it when I ordered two and she told me it $2.75. She looked at me like I was bothering her. I gave up and left.
Saturday morning I ordered a double stacker taco, sub bean (for the nacho cheese) sans fiesta chips. This time it was a disgusting hot mess. I could hear them laughing when they were making my food. The Hispanic person that handed me my bag gave me dirty look for no reason.
The order was to go, so I took my bag and left. When I went to eat it, what I saw was disgusting. Greasy meat overflowing the shells, no cheese, no lettuce. It tasted nasty. I threw it in the trash not knowing what else they might have done to my food.

great tacobell and good food. everyone is nice. if u do moble order in lobby u do have to go to counter to see if ur food is ready sometimes they keep ur moble order by window so deff make sure to go to counter a few times to make sure u dont wait forever for u food.

Got a simple order wrong so had to return to the restaurant and get it fixed. A vegetarian request ended up full of ground beef. Ugh! Staff had hard time understanding request so manager had to step in. They were all polite, and apologized.

Why continue to pay a lot of money for fast food if it’s not fast. I shouldn’t be in line and waiting for my food for over 20 minutes And if I am, I should be compensated for it. This is a terrible place, And I don’t recommend going there. Unless you wanna wait 25 minutes for terrible service

Stopped for a quick bite to eat, seems like the restaurant is closed to the public during Covid but the drive-through is opened. Pretty busy place but seemed to steadily move. The person taking my order and handing me my food was awesome. This person didn’t seem to give me a choice but to put a smile on. Their attitude was was not only super kind but also shared happiness and fun – WHAT A TALENT!!! Anyways, my order was accurate and good as well!

Very disappointing place to visit, and staff lacks professionalism. Don’t expect to get the food you pay for, and don’t you dare go back for it when they forget it.
My boyfriend drove here to get food for both of us, and while they managed to provide his food, all of mine was forgotten and he didn’t notice until he opened the bag at home, as he trusted them to be able to perform their job correctly and provide the food he ordered and paid for. I tried calling four times, with the phone answering and immediately hanging up each time.
So, I had to stop what I was doing, and drive there to get my food. Once I pulled up to the speaker, I was immediately laughed at once I explained I was not ordering new food, but coming to get what was forgotten. I got to the window, and was ignored for 3 minutes until told the total for the food, as they expected me to pay for it even though I already had. He rolled his eyes and reluctantly gave me the food, and never apologized for the inconvenience. I asked if there was a leadership member or manager to speak to, and he said it was him and walked away again. I asked for a receipt for the original order, as I was never given one (only the order taped to the bag). He cursed at me and eventually printed the receipt, then proceeded to curse and tell me to leave. I asked who I could speak to about this interaction, and he said my only option was the store number (the one I already called four times with no avail). He freaked out on me, telling me I had my food and what else I need, and I explained I needed my food the first time it was ordered, and unfortunately expected professionalism when I came back to make it right.
Through the interaction he kept combing his fingers through his uncontained, unkept, long beard, and his shirt kept rising to show his belly. His cursing, avoidance, and complaining about having to be on the window was appalling. This whole experience was atrocious.
I will be making further drives to avoid an establishment that tolerates this behavior, especially within its “leadership.” I recommend doing the same, as this place is clearly not up to any kind of customer service standard.

I went to get food from this Taco Bell and one of them was the cinnamon delights the 12 pack. So I wanted to get lunch from Taco Bell so i did and it was good at first but they forgot my cinnamon delights.. so i went to go inside because i didn’t want to go to the drive thru again but no one was at the cashier and I waited for 8 minutes. so after that i just decided to go to the drive thru because i waited too long. and so i told the lady that gave me my food that they forgot my cinnamon delights and she goes “im so sorry but next time let us know at the intercom first before you come here” why should I restate your mistake? so disappointing to hear that. and then she gives me this bag and i trusted her so i went back to work to eat but when I checked the second bag she gave me it was not the cinnamon delights! it was someone else’s order and I wasn’t satisfied because they were not even for me, they was for my parents. so I went back and I tried to tell them at the intercom but they clearly don’t have ears to listen so I went to the window and was bursting in tears because I was so frustrated and I was even more frustrated that the workers were looking at me, so humiliating. and a different guy im going to assume is the manager, I was trying to give the bag the gave me and he was like “i can’t take the food” with like an annoyed face, and i was like “well i want a refund because this is frustrating” and he still has me the cinnamon delights and gave me my refund and was like “sorry about that” and I just drove away because no apology can express the frustration i felt. by the time I went back to work my tacos were soggy and fell apart and my freeze was half melted. DONT COME HERE

Why even bother to ask if I want sauce, every time I go through this drive through I never receive any sauces!!! Plus the cheese wasn’t even melted in my quesadilla! Hopefully the meat is cooked enough that I don’t get sick from it.

me and my 2 buddy’s went to this establishment absolutely blasted and ordered 2 separate orders and the dude on the intercom got that shit to a tee the food was warm even after our 6-7 minute commute there. the food was better than advertised the tacos and burrito were packed and made with love passion and care
