We have had so much bad service or food at a lot of McDonald’s over the years, that we had not ate at one in 10 years. Based off of a suggestion we tried this McDonald’s in Blacksburg, SC two years ago and was not disappointed. You could even get ice cream here regularly, unlike the rest of them that always say the ice cream machine is broken. Since then, they have been very consistent until lately. You used to be able to get fresh chicken nuggets there. They now sit out all day probably under a heat lamp until you order them, because they are not fresh and a little hard. We tried them again and it was overall good except the nuggets again.

i’ve had a few bad experiences here, not many places to eat in blacksburg so we keep coming back. This was my last straw. Apart from the uncooked fries, the attitude of the workers and the slow service this “burger” was the end of me dining here. Highly recommend dining elsewhere

I went through the McDonald’s drive-thru and got there first, the staff took the order from the car beside me instead. Not a big deal, but it was a little confusing.
Other than that, everything was fine the service was friendly, and my order was correct and fresh. Just a small hiccup in the ordering process, but overall still a good experience.

Had to wait 15 or more minutes for a simple Big Mac value meal. No special instructions, just ordered the medium size. Upon arrival (I ate in the store) found burger to be dry, as there no “special sauce” on it. Avoid this place unless you like extended wait times for improperly prepared food.

I am a truck driver, and I parked across the street at the Flying J. Of course, the Denny’s closed down months ago. Disappointing. Looking for any decent food, I walked across the street to this McDonald’s, and the doors were locked. No signs to indicate they were closed or anything. Doors locked, and can’t get in. Now I am forced to walk back across the street. I even called the place, and they seemed almost offended I called to ask if they were open. I get “we’re closed!” and then they hung up on me. Talk about poor customer service! Unfortunately, driving a semi truck, my options are very limited. Very disappointed in this place, and as a whole, it just represents how far McDonald’s has fallen as a brand.

I have had so many bad experiences at this McDonald’s! It’s unbelievable that they have such slow service. Even when you order on the app you wait for more then 15 minute. We also waited 20 minutes for our food and they still forgot our sauce. Then I had to go in to get it and waited another 20 minutes before they even talked to me. They said you can order on the screen and I had already told them I just need sauce but when I first told them all they did was look at me and turn around. Their service is horrible! They are very rude and don’t care about their customers! I don’t recommend ordering from this McDonalds!

Location seemed to have been recently remodeled, was very clean. The bathrooms were very clean. The play place is still closed related to the construction. Staff was very,very friendly and helpful. Didn’t seem to be a ton of indoor seating, but there were still many empty tables. The drive thru line would block most of the parking if it were to back up. Not bad overall.

Got a drink that wasn’t full. Paid $3 dollars for it when I asked at the window about getting a full drink, the guy said I can fill it up with ice if you like. Um, I just want a full drink. Not one that it looks like someone drank it. Asked to speak to a manager and she wouldn’t come to the window. Both drinks were this way.

One of the worst franchise u can choose to have a meal in the staff are lazy and they all in the back just laughing and horsing around with no sense of urgency to serve the customers. The manager really ain’t doing her job as a manager she rather go in her little tiny office instead of helping her team to assist the clients very unprofessional.
