As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I can not longer go to this location, gets the orders wrong every time, always an issue, and not just small issues, like whole meal sizes and orders all together, we were the only ones there and made to pull up for 2 sandwiches and a chicken box, ordered ordered large fries and large drinks, got small fries and drinks after the third time the dude had to bring us our stuff because he kept getting stuff wrong and thr frie boxes were only like half full, so they were half smalls , next time smoke a sativa buddy. If it were just small mess ups, thats one thing, but its always a headache going here, and the employees get too frustrated doing the duties of the positions they themselves applied for and accepted.

Really bad service here. Place itself needs renovation and new pavement. Made an online order 25 minutes before arriving. When arrived to the drive thru window, no one came to the window to acknowledge any order or explain that it will take another 12 minutes to make the order. As I was waiting, the employees are huddled around and I can clearly hear them laughing, having a good time. When I finally got the order, I didn’t receive the correct items that I ordered. I ordered a Sourdough melt, with no bacon because I don’t eat pork, the sandwich came with tons of bacon, the bread was not toasted properly, no cheese melt, and it was overall really dry. Also ordered 3 cheeseburgers with no mustard, ketchup and pickles, but all 3 had those ingredients. I know it’s asking a lot out of a low end fast food franchise, but y’all gotta do better than that.

I just ordered a big buford combo with 5pc wings. They didnt give me my wings (charged me) and the sandwich itself was/looked horrible and unedible. I called and spoke to Greg who said he would not make me another sandwich, nor issue a refund!! He told me i had to come back in the morning!!! But they sure as hell charged me for the chicken wings but refuse to give me a refund or make me another sandwich!!! Spent $18 and they refused to make it right ans at least make me another Big Buford!!! I took pictures of how awful the sandwich looks!!! Unreal!! I will never order from this place again!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RALLYS!!! THEY EVEN MESSED UP MY DRINK!!! WORST RALLYS IN THE CITY!!

Not bad but it is a long wait especially if you order anything that got to do with chicken because they make it fresh so just know if you go around lunch time you’re going to wait at least 20 minutes so don’t go through the drive-thru go in

At first I was about to walk out the. Young lady who greeted and said hello to looked at me and walked away. VERY RUDE HOWEVER. Scottie saved the day. He was polite and even tho he also looked to be having a hard day he still smiled and gave me customer service. My food….

The only complaint i have is the high chair we used didn’t look like it had been cleaned in ten years. We used 6 alcohol cleaning wipes on it before putting our son in it. The rest of the place was clean.
In response to Rally’s comment. We were still satisfied and will return. The food was perfect, hot, and fresh. The workers were polite and respectful. And after we were done our son touched a trashcan. A worker saw him and brought us lemon wipes to clean his hands.

This is the $3.99 Large fry that I received right before closing. The lady at the window was complaining she was tired. And to top it all off, I had to wait almost 10 minutes in the parking lot before she brought a half empty large fry out to my car! The restaurant was not busy and a man was in there just walking around not even acknowledging customers! 100% guaranteed way to lose business! This one has lost mine.. DONT GO to this Rallys!
