Been coming here for a long time but usually in the mornings. So we came at night to try it. But found that there were several and I mean several tables dirty, the bathrooms had overflow of trash paper towels, the bathroom itself smelled like sewer, and found that the booths have not been cleaned. Here are some pictures of how dirty this place is. The entire staff that worked at night was standing around not cleaning, they were messing around. They left the side door open so the restaurant smelled cigarettes

Was greeted right way when we walked in. Placed at a table. Waiter took forever you show up to take our order, but he was very nice. No regular coffee was available at the time, only decaffeinated. Once orders food came out fast and was good.

No exaggerating.This was one of the best experiences i’ve had eating out in quite some time. The food was amazing. The staff was friendly and fast. They are definitely doing things right at this location.

At first, I was empathetic and understanding, given that there was only one server handling 4–6 tables on one side of the dining room. That patience faded after 30 minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was only room temperature. It was subpar, visibly dried out, and the explanation that there was a new cook wasn’t convincing. There’s no chance the cheese on my eggs was properly cooked. It was a literal sliver of processed cheese melted on top like it came straight out of a microwave. Overall, the food was bland, dry, and low effort. My French toast was undercooked in the middle and clearly needed more time. I don’t expect five-star quality from an IHOP. No rational customer should expect that, but the food felt prepared as if every customer is 80 years old and afraid of seasoning, which is no excuse for careless, poorly prepared meals. Just saying not everyone’s taste buds are fried ♀️
Side note: I definitely dont want any compensation/handouts from this establishment. Just wanted to leave an honest review of mediocre management.

Food was good. It was a busy day but, the table we were sat at was missing all the syrups had no salt and pepper, it only had sugar packets. The waitress was friendly but her service was the worst. She never came by to check to see if we needed anything. We kept having to ask the waiters at the other tables to keep calling our waitress. Also I ordered a meal that came with bottomless pancakes and she never brought more over or asked if I wanted any more pancakes.

My husband and I visited this restaurant for dinner and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon entering, it was immediately clear that there was only one staff member handling all front of house duties, including greeting guests, seating, taking orders, and serving tables. At the time of our arrival, only two other tables were occupied, we understood that service might be slower and were patient.
However, we were not greeted upon entry. The only interaction we received was a brief “for two?” After confirming, the staff member walked away without any further communication, leaving us unsure whether a table was ready. We eventually followed him inside, where we were seated, given menus, and told we would be helped shortly.
The server then approached the table next to us, apologized for their wait, and took their order, but walked past our table without taking even our drink order. A few minutes later, he delivered their appetizer and again did not acknowledge us. When he finally came to our table, he stood silently holding his notepad without speaking. At that point, we placed both our drink and food order together.
Despite this, we never received our drinks. During this time, another party arrived, was seated, had their drink order taken immediately, and was served their drinks promptly. Meanwhile, we continued to be overlooked as the server stood waiting at the kitchen window rather than preparing our drinks.
After approximately 30 minutes with no food or beverages, we decided to leave. While we were understanding of limited staffing and slower service, the issue was not the wait itself, it was the clear lack of acknowledgment and the noticeable difference in how we were treated compared to other guests.
We left feeling disappointed and unwelcome, as we were unable to dine here and felt we were not given the same level of service as others.

Food was okay, service absolutely not. Our server was very kind but extremely slow when we were her only table at 8AM. Servers and Manager stayed in kitchen and were audibly talking about us while throwing us looks which is absolutely horrifying as we were very kind and never once complained about anything. It was only me, my husband, and toddler. Almost no one else in the establishment, manager was rude and speaking about us rudely.

There is no professionalism. They share employee info out on the floor. The food sat on the counter so long the toast was hard. There was a hair on my eggs, toast was cold and hard, no jelly offered. There was only one server when we arrived and she mentioned how tired she was. 2 other servers showed up while we were there one apparently was an hour late and might get fired from calling out so often and being late. No manager on duty so no one to share how frustrating this visit was. 15 mins of them trying to call a manager on the phone just for the military discount and still didn’t get it. I paid for my meal and did a small tip on my card and left a cash tip on the table. She took her device and they all three chatted about how horrible I was leaving only a $2 tip. I heard this while walking up to ask for a go cup so I mentioned there is cash on the table. I hadn’t even sat in my car before the skinny going to get fired guy (not my server) went to the table to look for the tip. I will avoid this Ihop from now on.
