Walked in and ordered our food at the Kiosk. We waited like 20 mins for dine in . Nobody told us there was going to be a bit of a wait on nuggets but we assume that’s what it was because the nuggets were the only fresh thing about the meal. Our fries were cold. Nobody ever greeted us or even made eye contact with us. Place looks new but the workers look like they hate it there already.

It was Christmas night, and knowing how busy places would be, I placed an online order to make things easier. Unfortunately, it turned out to be anything but easy. I placed my order at 10:00 PM and arrived at the drive-thru around 10:15 PM. I then waited over an HOUR in the drive-thru, trying to be patient and understanding because it was Christmas night.

When I finally reached the window, I was told that the store was closed. I explained that I had an online order and had already been waiting for it. At that point, the employees closed the window and began getting over expressive with their words and demeanor.

Given the situation and rising tension, I felt my best option was to cancel my order rather than continue waiting for who knows how much longer. I was not rude, I just simply wanted the food I had already paid for. In all honesty, I will NOT be returning to this Burger King.

the place has done a complete 180 from its original staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Food service was delivered promptly and everything I ordered was hot and fresh. staff was kind hearted. the lobby was cleaned and the bathroom wasn’t smelly like other restaurants I’ve been to. This is an exceptional upgrade from its original team.

If i could give ZERO Stars i would over 30 min in drive thru no one came to second window til bout 20 min after ordering at first window and asked what was our order. Ridiculous id say not to even waste ur time we waited cause we paid already. But move slow as hell and have a whole line wrapped around and people standing in the lobby. Ive worked at burger king in tampa and that drive thru timer thru the roof. Just go somewhere else this burger king is horrible. Night shift needs to do better forreal!!!!!

I don’t want to be a “Karen,” but the manager of this store during the night shift (closing time) was incredibly rude and disrespectful, calling me an idiot because, according to her, I didn’t understand that Burger King currently does NOT have a $4.99 offer (Double Cheeseburger Value Meal). I simply told her that it was misleading and deceptive to display the offer on the drive-thru menu board, and then when I went to pay, they charged me $18.64 for two Double Cheeseburger meals. I felt it was a rip-off. The cashier explained that she couldn’t find the offer on her computer, and I told her, “You’ve made me wait 20 minutes only to not give me a solution to a problem caused by BK.” This manager was so abusive; she just kept repeating over and over that no BK store had that offer and that she couldn’t do anything. They took my food and threw it in the trash. At the very least, she should have offered me free food after putting me through such a terrible experience. I honestly don’t understand how this restaurant is still in business. I like the food, but they truly have a serious HR problem. Everyone who works there is surly, treats customers terribly, is slow, and the managers don’t know how to address a problem or provide a solution. After all this, I had to leave without food for my daughter. What an outrage! You come to this city as a tourist and end up being taken advantage of by this company. Terrible service.

Just came from the store and they wouldn’t accept my $50 for the meal I was ordering. I consider the lady to be lazy, and when I asked for the manager she said she was the manager. Telling me you can’t accept a $50 bill is wild to me. That manager needs retraining in hospitality.

This is the second time they did this and I will no longer order at this Burger King that is so disgusting this is how you treat your customers like when I was a manager for two years for Burger King I would never give my food out like this to my customers I am never going there no wonder ya’ll are rated 2.8 stars ya’ll nasty for real

The saddest part about this review is the fact that I can’t give it zero stars. This Burger King has to be the WORST Burger King in Orlando. We literally waited 20 minutes for fries and two whoopers and when we told them our sauce wasn’t in the bag they said we had to pay for the sauces?!?! Secondly I asked the “workers” for their names and they refused to give me their names let alone offer proper customer service every basic human being knows how to do. Worst experience who ever is these two manager fire them not sure the type of work their doing. One could barely understand English and the other one was just rude.

We came through the drive thru at 8pm. Every single one of the guys at both windows were welcoming and went above and beyond to deliver great customer service. I hope they can see this review because they deserve the recognition. I avoided this location for years after the last visit went so bad. I’ll be back now though!

One of my worst experiences ever at BK. Took 30 mins waiting for my food in the lobby alone with 5 other customers, while they just focused on the drive thru. Everyone food came out wrong alone with bad service. I ask for a refund and she gave me extra fries. Never Again Will I Ever.
