Saturday afternoon, nobody in the drive-thru, two cars in the parking lot. Placed my order, asked for Coke Zero and was told “we don’t have coke zero” even though it was clearly advertised on the menu.
Get to the window, pay, guy tells me to go wait at the “blue line”. I wait, and wait, and wait. A car pulls up behind me, she also waits and waits. She gets handed her food and drives around me. I back up to the window to see if they forgot about me, and wait some more for him to come back to the windows. He asks what I had, I showed him my receipt, he disappears. More waiting. He thrusts the bag at me without saying a single word. No offer for condiments, and no ketchup in the bag.
Again, NO cars were in the drive thru, and there were maybe two customers inside the store.
Fries and mozzarella sticks were hot and fine, but sandwich was inedible. Slopped together, had burnt spots, and brown slimy lettuce on it.
Again, for the price, the waiting and quality is abysmal and I won’t be back.
And for the prices they charge? You’d think I was ordering from a five-star roast beef restaurant. Nope. I got lukewarm fries and a sandwich that looked like it tried to escape the wrapper mid-fight. Impressive in the wrong way.
Staff wasn’t rude, but the vibe was very “we’ll get to it when we get to it.”
Overall, overpriced, slow, and I’m still confused why I got sent to the pull-forward penalty box with nobody behind me. Richmond Arby’s, please explain.
The roast beef sandwich was playing hard to get; I found about half the expected meat, as if the other half had wandered off to find a better sandwich to call home. The fries seemed to have been waiting patiently since the lunch rush, probably making friends with the cherry turnover that had clearly been holding down the warming tray since noon.
And the drink? Well, let’s just say it had about as much fizz as my enthusiasm after this visit.
On the bright side, I got a full 15-minute meditation session in the drive-thru line, which really helped me appreciate the simple things in life… like restaurants that serve food from the correct time zone.
They’ve got the meats, apparently. They just keep them well-hidden.
1st thing is the girl taking orders at the drive through “Eve” Had a attitude issue over the intercom. Her responses were short and abrupt.
When I drove to the window to pay she was texting while the other were working.
When I arrived home and started eating, the fries were so burnt like they had been cooked twice and were hard as rocks. Ok well I still have the roast beef sandwich… And this is where the major issue happened. While eating the sandwich I bit into something very hard, with a sharp edge. At first I thought bone from the meat. I spit out the chewed meat and saw a fingernail. I immediately got sick to my stomach and threw the sandwich away. I examined the fingernail and it was peeled off and not cut with clippers. After the attitude from EVE I almost guarantee this bad meal was intentional.
I have never had to write this much about a company and just the bad fries would not have received this 1 star. The fingernail is a major sanitary issue and the info will be sent to the health department. As a customer that just spent $15.88 on a single meal, I can say you have lost my buii
