Absolutely ridiculous to have an experience like this for a fast food place. It’s way too expensive and there are too many other good options to go here again.

Saturday afternoon, nobody in the drive-thru, two cars in the parking lot. Placed my order, asked for Coke Zero and was told “we don’t have coke zero” even though it was clearly advertised on the menu.

Get to the window, pay, guy tells me to go wait at the “blue line”. I wait, and wait, and wait. A car pulls up behind me, she also waits and waits. She gets handed her food and drives around me. I back up to the window to see if they forgot about me, and wait some more for him to come back to the windows. He asks what I had, I showed him my receipt, he disappears. More waiting. He thrusts the bag at me without saying a single word. No offer for condiments, and no ketchup in the bag.

Again, NO cars were in the drive thru, and there were maybe two customers inside the store.

Fries and mozzarella sticks were hot and fine, but sandwich was inedible. Slopped together, had burnt spots, and brown slimy lettuce on it.

Again, for the price, the waiting and quality is abysmal and I won’t be back.

Arby’s in Richmond gave me one of the most confusing fast-food experiences of my life. I ordered something simple — nothing wild, not a 12-item catering order — and they STILL told me to pull forward. There wasn’t a single car behind me. Not one. I looked. Twice. I guess they just wanted me to go sit in the “thinking corner” while they figured out how to make curly fries.

And for the prices they charge? You’d think I was ordering from a five-star roast beef restaurant. Nope. I got lukewarm fries and a sandwich that looked like it tried to escape the wrapper mid-fight. Impressive in the wrong way.

Staff wasn’t rude, but the vibe was very “we’ll get to it when we get to it.”

Overall, overpriced, slow, and I’m still confused why I got sent to the pull-forward penalty box with nobody behind me. Richmond Arby’s, please explain.

Poor service and food was terrible. The “steak nuggets” were charcoal brickettes. The cashier was brand new and got zero support from the other staff. I needed ketchup after our food was placed on the counter and stood there for several minutes while employees saw me and ignored me. Won’t be back.

Well I was interested is a “Deal” this location showed on their website. Pulled up to their drive-thru and claimed they wouldn’t have roast beef for 2 hours. I tried again a different day and the claim they didn’t have the deal I wanted and claimed the one they did have didn’t come with an item apart of the deal. What’s happened to this place? While not always great it’s gone way down hill. Are we about to see another Richmond restaurant go under? This city can’t sustain anything good anymore. Not having product ready or having employees completely lie about menu options just shows poor management and leadership. Not to mention how much crap you’re causing your employees to take for your mismanagement.

No one in the restaurant when you come in. You had to wait until someone notices you are there. You try to order. The lady can’t hear you. Due to music a little to loud in the restaurant. If the workers want to listen to the music. Have it at a volume for only the back can hear it. Not the whole restaurant. The beef looked like a small portion on the burger. For $8 for a burger. Can go to Firehouse subs for $5-$6 more you get more.

Is it just me or is every fast food place in richmond switching to “shredded lettuce”? Ordered a turkey bacon ranch combo ( like 16 bux now) and it’s like they threw as much wet slop on it as possible. I give up. I can eat cheaper and better at like a logans. At least I dont throw 90% of it away.

Visited the drive-thru. Ordered at 6:37 PM, received my “meal” at 6:52 PM which gave me plenty of time to contemplate life’s mysteries, like why they call it “fast food.”

The roast beef sandwich was playing hard to get; I found about half the expected meat, as if the other half had wandered off to find a better sandwich to call home. The fries seemed to have been waiting patiently since the lunch rush, probably making friends with the cherry turnover that had clearly been holding down the warming tray since noon.

And the drink? Well, let’s just say it had about as much fizz as my enthusiasm after this visit.

On the bright side, I got a full 15-minute meditation session in the drive-thru line, which really helped me appreciate the simple things in life… like restaurants that serve food from the correct time zone.

They’ve got the meats, apparently. They just keep them well-hidden.

Have ate here many times and never had any issues. You can believe what you want about this review, though I have many reviews under my belt and have never miss guided customers.

1st thing is the girl taking orders at the drive through “Eve” Had a attitude issue over the intercom. Her responses were short and abrupt.
When I drove to the window to pay she was texting while the other were working.

When I arrived home and started eating, the fries were so burnt like they had been cooked twice and were hard as rocks. Ok well I still have the roast beef sandwich… And this is where the major issue happened. While eating the sandwich I bit into something very hard, with a sharp edge. At first I thought bone from the meat. I spit out the chewed meat and saw a fingernail. I immediately got sick to my stomach and threw the sandwich away. I examined the fingernail and it was peeled off and not cut with clippers. After the attitude from EVE I almost guarantee this bad meal was intentional.

I have never had to write this much about a company and just the bad fries would not have received this 1 star. The fingernail is a major sanitary issue and the info will be sent to the health department. As a customer that just spent $15.88 on a single meal, I can say you have lost my buii

Got a 5 piece steak nugget, they gave me 4. So, basically stole a dollar from me. Knew it was gonna be rough when one of the workers was complaining about working their shift right in front of the window.
