I had such a great experience at the Burger King in Prescott Valley! The restaurant was very clean, which made it feel welcoming right away. The staff was super friendly and made sure my order was taken quickly with a smile. The service was fast, and everything came out fresh and hot.
The food was honestly so good — everything tasted fresh, and it was made just right. It really felt like they cared about quality. I’ll definitely be coming back here again!

Whopper Wednesday was another disaster. Waited over 10 minutes to get service and I was the only one. Then when I ordered the Whopper with a chocolate milk shake, I was told the ice cream machine was down. What a pathetic Burger King in Prescott Valley. No wonder In and out is always packed. I walked out.

Very disappointed at how filthy it is inside. The vents look like they have never been touched. The soda area was sticky and gross. But the worst was how part of the management team was standing at front , counting packets of mustard , and not once looking up to greet customers or say anything. When they were asked a question by another customer, eyes rolled as if to say , you made lose my count…. Go in back and if that is the case . any weeks later, and even corporate offices have dropped the ball in Asia what can be done. If you like clean, do not tho here,, it will disgust. you

Ordered fish sandwich and original chicken sandwich+onions. Both were SO salty you could not eat. They added jalapeños instead of onion. The lettuce on chicken sandwich was GROSS. The vun was dried out.
Last time before this, the food was just as GROSS. Gave them one more chance. Will NEVER go there again and waste my money. They should just close the doors if that is the kind of garbage they are going to serve.

Past one Burger King saw whopper Wednesday went to Prescott Valley and they charged me double they don’t participate. Been coming here for a while will not again greedy owners.
