I just spent $40 on two DOUBLE steak bowls with extra guacamole. Double steak looked like no difference between regular steak. Then I got home and none of the steak (except 2-3 small chunks) was edible. It was completely fat. Inedible, chewy, nasty.

What the heck? Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m disappointed, surprised, and pissed. What a waste of money.

And I already contacted Chipotle’s customer service and they basically gave me the middle finger.

I leave Innsbrook to drive to this Chipotle. Ten times better than the one out here on ALL LEVELS. So far through the years,I have never been disappointed! Please keep up the good work. However, I do always have to ask for more rice and more protein. I’m not a toddler. Lol

Great vegan and gluten-free options. The one-star reviews seem unfair. We went in for lunch on a Sunday and it was spotless inside, service was fast, and large portions. I haven’t been to a Chipotle in years, but this location is great. Friendly and fast service too!
Folks should try giving some grace and patience to workers before writing one-star reviews calling people out by name and insulting them personally. I’ll be back to this location next time I’m craving Chipotle!

Gives less than 2oz of meat and makes you pay extra for barely even 2oz more. Completely insane. I go to chipotle all over the USA and this has never been the case completely stupid. 25$ for chips, drink and this “double meat”. Rip off.

Today I had the worst experience at a Chipotle I’ve ever had. At 1 pm, I come in to order my usual steak bowl. The lady behind the counter was asking for my choices well before even making it over to the station. I get my white rice, black beans, steak… and then she tells the cashier “chicken”. I did not order chicken, nor would have. I tell her I wanted steak and she then decides to argue with me. “You said chicken”, “I did not, I said steak”, “You literally said chicken”.. as she tosses the bowl behind her. She then proceeds to continue this and tells the cashier, again, “he literally said chicken” right in front of me. At this point, I was pretty close to turning around and walking out – and I should have because exactly what I expected happened. As she remakes my bowl, she’s just throwing everything into it. No spreading, no measuring, spilling all over the counter and the bowl sides. Skimped on the steak, of course… And then, air born, tosses my bowl to the cashier stand without even putting the top on. All of this while continuing to mutter to herself about how “I said chicken”, angrily.

This was today. The last time I visited this location, I was given a literal cup of uncooked rice in a container instead of the chips I had asked for… Upon returning the next day (in which they did not listen and ruined my bowl as well by dumping queso on it even when I said no and visibly shook my head), the cashier did not believe me. He did not believe that this Chipotle branded container filled with uncooked rice had been given to me in place of chips. Where would one have even gotten that? Most bizarre experience…

I don’t know if I will ever be returning to this location after the last 3 visits have been tainted by customer service. There are plenty of other options in the area that will happily take my money, and not leave me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

This place is depressing. Terrible service and place is always a mess. The past few times we’ve been there, there’s been a blonde lady at checkout with no name tag and glasses in a terrible, combative mood. I told her my 3 entrees were on one ticket, the guy who put the order together told her it’s all on one order. She forgets seconds later and gets immediately defensive when I get confused as to why she’s asking again. The food isn’t worth the bad taste she’ll leave in your mouth, she needs an attitude adjustment.

1. No white rice or fajitas on the main line (asked a little more chicken or queso for the trouble. “No”) yet they wouldn’t take it from the online ordering area.
2. While eating, a guy comes into the eating area and starts dragging chairs LOUDLY back their tables. I ask him to do it quietly and he kept going LOUDLY.
3. While eat, the kitchen staff is talking and laughing really loudly.
Place seems unorganized and unprofessional in general, lacking customer service. Not well trained people in my opinion.
Won’t come back to this location.

I ordered a bag of chips with my meal. I got to the end of the chips and found a used inside out plastic glove. I was completely disgusted. I submitted a complaint to chipotle and never heard anything back so this is my next best course of action. I would appreciate it if the manager of the store would contact me. I also left a message at the store and never heard anything back. If I was running a store I think this is important feedback.

I ordered online chicken bowl, i opened my bowl literally 5 bite size pieces, i went back to ask her she said that’s the portion was a really disrespectful way.

So yeah i paid $11 for a bowl of rice and lettuce and had the worst experience with a weird staff
