This Taco Bell has consistently impressed me—my orders are almost always fast, fresh, and piping hot. Sure, maybe once or twice something wasn’t perfect, but that’s rare and honestly forgivable. I love how easy the app makes ordering, especially for anyone who prefers minimal interaction or struggles with social anxiety. It takes the stress out of picking up food and still gets everything right to your car or the counter. Overall, it’s reliable, convenient, and exactly what I need when I’m craving a quick bite. Definitely one of my go-to spots!

I ordered at drive thru and when I got home I realized the chicken quesadilla was smashed and just tossed into the bag. This is now the 3rd time I’ve had smashed food from this location. When you ask to talk to a manager they give you attitude and it’s a problem. Never again will I order from this location.

Update. My first order from the new renovated store and everything is smashed. The app never processed the topping I ordered on them and I didn’t recieve the avocado sauce for any of the tacos. I called and they said they’d replace them. Still no toppings or sauce after all this mess. This store has always had poor service with food. Smh.
I was told the employees looked highly upset that we brought the order back to the store. And service was slow. Ultimately the reorder was hot but looks like they scraped the chicken from the old tacos onto new ones.
I have managed in food. I wouldn’t send my customer off like this. Maybe they’ll learn when karma comes back around when they order their next meal.
Order #966904. Went to bite into my beefy 5 layer burrito and it was nothing but the beef and taco cheese. My chalupa supreme had no tomatoes which wasn’t as big of a deal. But come on, who wants to bite into a taco they think has its toppings just to eat beef on a tortilla. Who wants to waste money on that????? Staff acted as if they didn’t want to work so it explains a lot.

Horrible experience. No one at counter. Ordered on kiosk to pay cash at counter. No one at counter for over 10 minutes. Finally someone showed up and asked a person who came in well after me if she wanted to pay cash. I caught the employees attention and said I wanted to pay also. Then another 5+ minutes to get my order. Your model of fewer employees really is not making for a good customer experience.

Why would you skimp on something as cheap as beans, and tell your regular customer one scoo of beans is all you get.
There is no consistency, and if this is how they make their bean burrito, I guarantee you I wouldn’t have bought several last week.
Nonexisting customer service, and the counterpeple tried to tell marie it was light, but she insisted in an embarrassing way, and everybody in the restaurant heard the whole thing.

PLEASE GET MORE HELP ON SATURDAY NIGHTS! This kid should NOT have to deal with drive thru and the door dash/uber eats window by himself! Neither should any adult! NOT his fault period that he got stuck running both on a very, very busy Saturday night! On top of that truck delivery was going on! Then the truck delivery guy had the balls to tell us to move our vehicles while we’ve already waited 20 plus minutes for food!! NOBODY should have to wait 20-30 minutes for food period! That poor kid was stuck between a rock and a hard place! If you got complaints,DON’T BLAME HIM,BLAME MANAGEMENT! SHAME ON YOU FOR PUTTING ONLY 2 PEOPLE ON SATURDAY NIGHTS!!!

The young lady at th3 drive through had a very bad attitude. I said good morning to her before placing the order. She spoke right over me and asked me what would l like to order. I said good morning again to her and she proceeded to take my order. Once completing my order. I pulled to the window to pay and I said good morning for the 3rd time. She staired me in my face and told me the price of my food. I pulled right off. I will not pay for someone attitude. She did not have great customer service skills at all.

Woman at the drive thru sounded so annoyed that I pulled up to order. Kept cutting me off while ordering. Ordered tacos and there was next to no meat in them. Quesadillia was so cold the cheese hadn’t melted at all. Minus one star! Drive on to the next taco bell.
