I am a door dasher and I stop there frequently and the manager T/Tee has ALWAYS been exceptional. She’s been nothing but a blessing even if there is a wait for the order ( which is fine ) I know she’s working hard and not shrugging me off. It’s rare to find an employee like this she goes above and beyond for the customers. Not sure if she’s a manager or not but promote this girl! 10/10 service

It’s sad because this location was my go-to when I worked at the Winter Park Hospital on lakemont. I don’t know what or when it happened but for the past year or so the attitude and the service of the employees is horrible and I’m not racist at all myself am a Latino but these Dominican girls that are working there definitely need to touch up on their people skills. The bathrooms had no soap in the dispensers the bathrooms were disgusting my food was cold and when I asked them to remake my fries I got attitude and eye rolling. I mean is it really that hard to drop some fresh french fries to someone that’s been coming to this location for over 5 years and after that altercation I’d rather drive the extra few minutes and go to university or even to the location in Oviedo on aloma and spend my money with them.. I really wish the owner of the store would do an undercover Boss type of thing so he or she could see how their employees are acting.. and you’d think being in this part of Winter Park so close to the hospital and Park avenue that they would act a little better but obviously not

Wow, ordered a Big Mac on my way to my office for a quick lunch and the photos speak for themselves. I got no burger or anything at all on the top half of the sandwich, just the bottom half was done. There are two buns together, empty. This was not just a mistake because there is no way to lay a bun on top and not see it empty. I wish I could give zero stars. Never going back again.

unfortunately, this McDonald’s has plummeted to the bottom of my list. I just left the line after waiting five minutes at the speaker box and then another five at the pay here window. There was a girl there who made direct eye contact with me while sitting in a chair and continue to scroll on her TikTok, Another person walked by made eye contact with me, but didn’t seem like he was an employee there? He was not in uniform Or anything like that. And then another McDonald’s employee made eye contact with me and walked right past me Without acknowledging me whatsoever. I understand late nights with short staff, but to completely ignore someone is crazy. This McDonald’s used to be my number one go to since I live so close but recently the service has just been terrible. I don’t know what changed

The young lady who goes by T was absolutely amazing tonight! I showed up at 1:30 AM, and she had some of the best customer service I’ve experienced from fast food in years! On top of that, when she had to pause for a little to fix some hardware issues, she apologized and gave me a free cone! Wasn’t even that long and I wasn’t upset at all, she really just did it out of the kindness of her heart and understanding that people coming around this hour are just tired and hungry. Super energetic and friendly, and really made my night after a long shift at work. Hope I see her again!
