This is no doubt the friendliest and cleanest Arby’s I have ever visited. The person behind the counter was cleanly, dressed and very polite and friendly. It looks brand new, and even the bathrooms are immaculate. The person at the counter said that this Arby’s has been here for quite some time though.
I tried the smokehouse brisket for the first time, and I’ve got to say it was tender and juicy with good smoky flavor. It does not need any sauce. It’s perfect as it is it actually rivals some of the better barbecue restaurants I have visited. I was just surprised at the quality of the meat and the freshness of the bun. SERVICE was just a tad bit on the slow side, (only about 2 minutes) but well worth the wait for the sandwich. I had a craving for just the regular old Arby’s classic end it to was as good as I remember.
If I am in this area again, I plan on visiting this restaurant

Order 1 brisket sandwich, 2 ham and Swiss sandwiches, 1 curry fry, 1 peach cobbler rolls. Got back to work and took two bites of the brisket sandwich and the second bite had a human hair in it. Lunch was over for me.

My husband and I always wanted to try Arby’s for their famous roast beef sandwiches. Unfortunately at this location the meat smelled horrible and the sandwich tasted absolutely disgusting.
I went to the cashier that cashed us out and explained to her my situation and he actually said well. That’s just The meat we have.
I don’t think I will ever try Arby’s restaurant again. Sorry for my honesty but I was not impressed at all.

4 for 10$ is gone! 🙁 and because of that, the food is most definitely not worth the price paid. Hardly any meat or cheddar sauce! & The curly fries where is lukewarm (and tasted stale) as soon as they were handed to me via drive through- will not be coming back! EVER.

My daughter is super sensitive gluten intolerant and they were told and asked to make sure they changed their gloves. She gets just meat and brings her own bread. As sick as she got last night. I am pretty sure they did not take precautions. BTW, this was the Arby’s in Elizabethtown, at exit 94.

This experience really could have been better. We did get our chicken bacon swiss sandwiches quickly, but they were lukewarm at best. The chicken pieces were small and nowhere near hot. The piece of swiss cheese had zero signs of being melted. And the three tiny pieces of bacon were just insulting.
We got two of the same sandwich, and they were both this way.
The orange cream shake was pretty good, though.

Stopped Monday night 12-1-2025 around 6:30 PM and found it very rude that the female at the window never spoke a word to us. No Hello. No kiss my butt. No nothing> not one word. She just shoved the food out the window and that was that.

Me my husband and 8 year old daughter all ate there this afternoon and we all had roast beef, we noticed it didn’t taste the same.. we all ended up with food poisoning.. very upset about this as this was one of our favorite places to eat!!
