20 minutes waiting in the drive thru and still have not gotten to place my order. They are taking an order, making the order, then letting the next guest order. This is Burger King a FAST food place correct? I got in line at 9:20am it’s now 9:43am and I’m still not to the speaker. Mind you there were only 3 cars ahead of me. they may be serving lunch by the time I get to order.

I’m very DISAPPOINTED of what I seen 3/8/2026 today (my receipt is time stamp for 12.00 pm.) A young man came in for a job and was bashed in front of all of us. He was humiliated and I’m disgusted!! The manager told him, he is looking for someone with years of experience. Everyone has to be trained according to the company SOP, and he could have been trained also. Service was slow and the food was warm. Burger King needs to shut down and the employees needs to be retrain on productivity. The lobby and the bathroom was clean for the most part. It will do better if everybody works as a team. Rush hours needs at least two on the meal orders. Stop turning ppl away that’s looking for a honest living and give them a chance!! Especially, when the workers and management are looking for what color socks the employees have on.

There are more stories like this, they take a long time and there is one employee in particular who is very rude to everyone, including her colleagues.
The employees ignore you or speak to you rudely even if you are friendly. It took 40 minutes for only 8 mozzarella fries and when I asked politely why I thought they had forgotten, the employee just rolled her eyes at me, turned her back on me and ignored me.

The only reason I am not doing a 1 star is because the shift leader (darker lady) or the one is in charge took over and start helping everyone else. First, I went to the drive through and waited 15 minutes because the guy inside told me that “they were getting the things settle inside”. I left the drive through and went inside and had to wait another 30 minutes for my food. It was not the supervisor, it was the other employees that just look like they didn’t care.

This location is severely and consistently under staffed. I’m starting to think it’s on purpose. General management is cheap and is cheating the community by poor scheduling. There was one person in the kitchen; he was making one order at a time. I know because I had 30 min to watch him. The woman working the window/front registers(yes the same one you’re probably thinking of) was dismissive and rude. The only reason I went inside is because there was a line forming. Absolutely awful experience 0 out of 10. Burger King needs to do something serious about this GM!

Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes. No answer. Drove up to the window sat for another 5 minutes. Finally someone came to the window asking if I ordered. Proceeded to tell me they can’t take my order there and I would have to drive back through to the drive through or come inside. Decided just to leave.

I just wanted to use my online code for a meal and go, but the staff turned me against wanting anything. No greetings, and they look right at you and ignore you. Then, when 2 different drive thru customers came in about their food, I said baby lets go. Terrible service

Lady at front forgot my plain cheeseburger and decided it was a good idea to argue with me about it. She then turned to her cooks to have them make another only to be dumbfounded when MY CHEESEBURGER was sitting in the hotbox behind her. Also found this in one of my other orders.
