I’m usually not the type of person to write a review but this McDonald’s has the best customer service I’ve seen in a while!! They got my food correct with no issues there was not a single person in that kitchen that was rude! Shoutout to the Clerk Jamariya she was so helpful and patient give her a raise and find more employees like her! 10/10 will be coming again!!

My order is wrong literally every time. What a crappy relationship I have with this location. I received a big Mac with no meat ? Unable to read and following directions will only get you so far . Terrible workers on the grill and sandwich station. I don’t recommend this location at all. Save your money and eat something healthy at home.

NEVER go to the McDonalds on Mahoning Ave. in Warren. The food and service was okay. However, after eating I used the restroom. I—the author of this review, not Van Owen—am female and used the women’s restroom. Of the 2 bathroom stalls, I had to choose the lesser of 2 evils—the stall and toilet covered in urine—and attempt to clean it up using toilet paper, at least enough to be usable. The other stall, the small one, was literally covered in fecal matter, beginning not in but on the back of the toilet. It was then splattered like machine-gunfire across the back wall, finally leading to a pile partially within and partially down the side of the garbage can. Ledges porta-potties during a music festival are far nicer, even at their absolute nastiest. Very thankful to have eaten first, and then hit the bathroom, as this would’ve really killed my appetite.
There weren’t many customers, but there were multiple employees in and out of the bathroom over the time we were eating. The few customers who did enter seemed a bit disturbed when they came back out. I should have expected that something was amiss. Regardless, this implies that the restroom was in questionable condition for some time and that the restaurant staff were aware. While I was in the better stall, an employee literally entered the restroom, opened/surveyed the worse stall, and promptly walked out and back to the kitchen. She never returned with cleaning supplies. (I didn’t know it was an employee until my traveling companion told me; I figured it was another horrified customer)
What I’m saying is that this isn’t just someone’s personal problem. (Everyone is susceptible to digestive upset—but seriously, clean up after yourself next time.) The problem does not end with the one who pooped the wall: this is an institutional issue. I hold every employee who saw that and said “not my problem” personally responsible. I noticed while eating that this location had A LOT of staff, and not a ton of customers relative to staff size. Additionally, it was a very slow time of evening. Therefore, under-staffing was not a concern. Since the institution was obviously aware of the problem, AND there were plenty of employees available to clean up the problem, I hold not only those individual negligent employees, but this collective McDonald’s location as an entity responsible for this horror. It makes one question the cleanliness of other areas of the restaurant. If this is considered “acceptable,” I’d hate to see what they call “dirty.” This reflects poorly on staff and on management. I assume the regional managers and corporate are still blissfully unaware.
TL;DR: What kind of person poops like that and doesn’t even try to clean it up? More importantly, what kind of business lets that go on for so long??!!

Used their kiosk. Guess the printer was not working. Nothing they could do apparently. Asked for the manager and nothing she could do. I gave them money I should have proof of purchase! Not a good set up

Fast Friendly service.
I miss the stone waterfalls and goldfish pool that used to be in it years ago.
I called about the availability of the New Box Meals and they were very helpful about when they would become available and everything.
The tables and Men’s bathroom were clean .
I was able to get The Cactus Plant Flea Market Box Meal on the day it came out at this location before it sold out

Place is trash. Couldn’t even get my 2 happy meals correct. Nuggets were clearly sitting for hours to have looked the way they did. Also clearly can’t read or differentiate 4 and 6. I wouldn’t feed these nuggets to my dog. This location is always complete trash!!
