Lots of stuff missing on the hot bar. Short staffed. It took a while to get our food. The floor in the back is dirty with trash everywhere. Not up to the usual Cafe Rio standards. I was very disappointed. We eat at the ones in the Northwest side of Vegas all the time. This one is a disappointment. They didn’t have queso on the line for me to add to my order. There is food on the floor and this cart it disgusting. They use it to transport food out to the catering truck. Someone needs to clean this place.

Management here is a joke have had multiple trips to this location and the majority are negative I will no longer go to this location. The so-called general manager has no idea what she is doing and needs to get a handle on whats going on in her store. To have a customer come back due to a bad experience and have them act as if they have no idea is crazy. Wasted my time and gas and was not great at trying to understand why I would be frustrated. AVOID THIS LOCATION, heck if you want quick mexican food Chipotle in the same center has better and faster service.

Every time I order to go it takes them a while to get it prepared. Granted it gives you a window of pickup time there has been a few times that I should have just waited in line and it would have been faster. I went in this time and the salsa was way thick it’s something didn’t seem right about it. Also one of the juice machines we’re missing the lids. questioning sanitation.

Employees were rude and seemed annoyed to be doing their jobs. Very poor quality when it came to making my meals. Was told asking for anything more than meat, rice, and cheese in my burrito was not an option and had to pay for extra toppings on the side (burrito was falling apart as it was open on both ends) When asking if there was a manager present because the customer service is horrible I was told by the cashier Anna that it was because they are trying to close soon. It was 10:05pm and they close at 11pm on saturdays. Once I sat to eat I overheard Anna telling the rest of the kitchen staff (including the person she said was a manager) about our conversation at the register and listened to them all talk shit about me and my girlfriend while we finished our meal. This was a terrible experience, and we will not be returning. Do better.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla. They used a 9 in tortillas shell, when questioned she said that’s correct and the manager agreed. All other times we have ordered we received a 12 in tortillas.
We asked for chips and elite. We were told the corn was not ready, we could wait but it would be awhile.
The overall attitude of the staff was unfriendly.

Tried to order a burrito today. No grilled chicken. No grilled steak. No grilled fajitas. Eating area a mess.
The quality and accessibility of the menu has dramatically dropped over the last years getting worse every year. I went to order online to see if it gave me different options and all ingredients are available but I know I would have placed it and gotten a notice that non were available.
It’s literally lunch time. 2:30 how is nothing in stock?
Get ur food prep together. Get ur environment together.

Consistently the worst café Rio I have ever been to. There is no professionalism inside the store whatsoever and then when you order pick up or DoorDash, the order is always wrong 100% of the time. For instance, yesterday I ordered a burrito with grilled chicken and there was no grilled chicken inside. How do you make a burrito with no meat? You guys are the worst and I will never come to your store again.

While waiting in line the food servers were slow and did not work together to make things any faster. Two people were standing around in front of the counter doing nothing. I finally get to check out and the cashier processes my order and then walks away. I had to reach around the glass and grab my food. Once we finally were able to eat the food it was all cold and tasted old. On top of that, the restaurant had an unpleasant smell, like a dirty rag, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. Overall, not a good experience and not somewhere I’d rush back to.
