Have stopped here several times. Always slow and problems. Staff are slow or not working at all. Walk past, do not greet you or take order. Finally placed order, 2 items. Waited 10 minutes, went to restroom, still no order ready. Went outside to wait, came back in, still no order. Waited 5 more minutes at the counter for my take out order. I did not see anyone in the back working, don’t know where they went. Finally someone came to the counter and said they didn’t have any chicken. I told her beef would be fine. She went in the back again, Finally came back and said no beef. I told her to give my money back. Walked off again. Came back and it took her forever to get my refund. Place filthy, just terrible, I have a feeling know one reads these reviews or the Place would be closed.

Service here was on 6/20/25. Three stars for the good food, but service needs some improvement. A lot of tables were dirty and trash cans were full. It was just our party of 5 and one other party of 2 in the store. No workers greeted us and we used the kiosk to order. It just seemed like the drive-thru was top priority over in-house customers as the wait time was 15-20 minutes.

I’m only giving 5 stars to the young gentleman who was able to hold it together tonight. Unfortunately, I live in Custer and this is the closest one on the drive home, and like an A-hole, I drove up 17 minutes before close. There were 4 other vehicles in front of me, and I was not able to order until 12:57 and I felt horrible. I did not catch his name, but the young man explained they could only do 4 items (I just needed a crunchwrap. Delicious) and apologized as they were very short staffed. Unfortunately I heard his coworker yelling in the background “WE’RE CLOSED!” Which is understandable. People kept pulling up behind me and I’m sure that was stressful. When I pulled up to the window, he gave me a smile and told me my total. He politely asked me to pull up to the front doors and he would bring us our food when it was ready and apologized again for being short staffed. From what I could see, there was only 2 staff working. And even with the 1am rush he smiled through it, apologized for the “inconvenience” and still got my food out at an appropriate time.

Ordered on mobile app. Waited over a hour in the drive thru to get food. Ordered three things. The only thing that was right was the fiesta potatoes. Very rude workers. 10/10/2025

I came in to pick up an order. I waited 5 minutes before anybody even acknowledged I was there. I heard an employee yelling profanities while I was waiting. The store was very dirty. And none of the employees working were friendly.

Have been to this location multiple times over a mixed period of time. Nothing has changed since I’ve last been here. Today 12/27/25 my group went here to get some food. No one greeted us and it took 15-20 minutes to get our food. Loud music was playing in the kitchen and profanities were being said in the kitchen as well. Tables were dirty and trash cans were very full. Along with kitchen being very dirty. After we had received our food they had completely forgotten our drinks in the order which were a coffee and a cookie freeze. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for one of the multiple workers standing in the back to help us at the front. All were too busy talking and listening to very inappropriate music for the work place. Eventually we did receive our drinks but are very disappointed in the service. We will not be returning to this establishment ever again.

I’m actually pissed.
Wait time exceeded 30 minutes, with two other customers in the store.
The bathrooms were dirty.
They forgot to give me the cup that was in my order (the order had two things in it).
The tacos were not packed properly.
The Taco shells were soggy.
Ordered a Supreme item, received the regular.
The Tacos were underfilled.
The staff was on their phone 70% of the time.
I did not think a restoration chain could fail this miserably at making food.
Safe to say, I’m never coming here again.

I ordered from the app as I usually do, and every time ive used this taco bell they mess up the order. They just throw the chips in the bag and let them get smashed by the other food that they just throw in. The food is always a mess in the bag, smashed and hardly even wrapped. The food its even prepared up to any degree of good standard. In addition any special request put down is not put into account. Overall very very poor, I would go to any other taco bell. Its Outrageous honestly, some care and effort could be put in. Its fast food, its not that hard!

The service was terrible, not only did she say we couldn’t order a certain item but when we asked for our sauce because she forgot it she basically threw it in our hands and slammed the door on us. I did not feel welcomed at all. And when we got our food out she not only wrapped it bad she wrapped up the paper in the burrito.
Not happy at all.

First, take a look at the pic of their newly promoted chicken nuggets that no human should or could consume because they are so overly old and tossed in hot oil to reheat their temp… Disgusting. You should rather just save yourself the hassle and headache by taking a 3-minute drive to the Mt. Rushmore Rd. location where you will not be disappointed. At this Stumer Rd. location your order will not be accurate, you will receive cold food and deal with workers who are not competent including the evening manager or shift lead named “Sammy”. The local health department should do a random health inspection, and I guarantee they will find food that is not the proper temperature. Bacteria grows when food is not properly cared for, and it is evident that your workers do not care. Leaders are supposed to lead by example which includes acting professionally and taking care of your customers. Change is necessary as this can hurt taco bells reputation that you try so hard to promote on ads via tv and social media. Spend the money and hire employees or leaders who work with pride. Cheap, unprofessional and uneducated workers end up costing you in the long run.
